The employee I spoke with Robin displayed an unprofessional, rude, and outright hostile attitude, leaving me shocked and deeply disappointed. Her behavior was not only unacceptable but also a complete disservice to anyone seeking assistance. It is astonishing that a company in this industry would allow such a toxic and unhelpful representative to interact with potential clients. If this is how they handle a simple inquiry about commercial vehicle insurance, I can only imagine the nightmare of actually doing business with them. An utterly disgraceful experience.
