They were responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, as is often the case in Florida, the rates were still quite high, and I wasn’t able to make the switch at this time. That said, it was definitely worth reaching out—they made the process easy and were transparent with the information. I’d still recommend giving them a try if you’re shopping around for coverage.     Mostafa Bassiouni: Lee Atkins and his team are superb. The home insurance renewal declaration that I received in August 2025 did not take into consideration the fact that I replaced the roof in March 2025. Daniel and Gisell were very helpful in updating the roof information. The insurance carrier took only 3 business days to reflect the update and reduce the premium. The office of Lee Atkins provided me with excellent service.

    O Diaz: There is an agent name Gretchen that is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT. She thinks she can disrespect the client that do business there and help pay her paycheck. The owner Mariana, needs to do better when selecting the personnel that provide SERVICE in this office. YOUR OFFICE IS A REFLECTION OF YOURSELF

    Jacob Mankis: I had them cancel my policy on me twice for administrative purposes. The first time it happened I thought "Thats probably on me" and signed back up, I dont even know what there error was because I had gone through everything they had me sign, including documents that were sent after I had already established a policy. The second time, I got a notification that my address was wrong, my policy was being canceled, and I needed to sign for a new policy. This is the worst insurance agency I have ever had the displeasure of using. I urge you to please look at other alternatives, I only lost a couple hundred dollars for my mistake, but I would hate to see what this company would do if I ever did get in an accident. Stay away!

    Meaghan Morgan: While being repaired at a repair shop, my car was vandalized at the repair shop. The shop’s insurance is Travelers. The entire process of working with Travelers was horrific. Every employee I spoke with was rude and condescending. I was the victim of a crime and they were completely careless and unsympathetic. They weren’t helpful. Follow up emails went ignored. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. They did not pay for the extension on my rental vehicle as previously agreed upon without me making numerous phone calls and sending numerous emails. When they called to report that my vehicle was deemed irreparable they were extremely rude and short with me when I asked questions. Communication was extremely delayed. I would never recommend Travelers to anyone after this experience. Adam Sleezer from the Buffalo office had particularly poor customer service skills. After I wrote this review, I got an email from another customer service representative requesting additional paperwork about the car they deemed irreparable. They had already taken possession of the car, I had bought a new car with my payout money, and I had ensured Enterprise had been paid before I wrote this review.
