I was ready to begin my fitness journey, specifically interested in one-on-one training with a professional trainer, and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. He is encouraging, motivating, and very thorough with his explanations and visuals to demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure you are safely and effectively achieving your fitness goals.

5 /5 Kayla Pike: Awesome trainer, I believed in Mickey from the very beginning of his journey. In 2019 October he was my trainer for just 3 months and I lost 68lbs, from 255lbs to 187lbs. I wanted to shed the weight for my class reunion and I did just that. I used him for virtual trainings, personal trainings, and Boot Camp. Mickey is an overall understanding and caring guy, so that alone should make you feel comfortable. I still look good from 2019 and its 2021 now, I just keep going because he makes me feel like family! I will continue being the better version of myself with his motivation, because if its not optimal its not not fitness!

I canceled my membership MONTHS ago, yet they continue to withdraw money from my account without authorization. This is theft, plain and simple. 2. Management is completely incompetent. When I called to resolve the issue, the so-called “manager” refused to even give me their name — claiming it’s due to “data privacy.” Are you serious? You work in a public-facing customer service role and you hide your name? 3. Zero accountability. Not only do they ignore refund requests, but they also avoid taking responsibility. They stall, deflect, and hide behind nonsense policies to keep your money. 4. This place is a disgrace to the fitness industry. I’ve never seen such a shady and unprofessional establishment in Florida — or anywhere, for that matter. 5. Avoid this scam at all costs. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. You will regret it. This isn’t just a bad gym — it’s a predatory business that should be reported and shut down.

alex dillman: Horrible experience with this location. From entering to speaking with guest services was crappy interaction. The front desk gestapo wanted an ID for a guest pass. Said okay and stepped to side for locating my ID. Decided it be better to ask for a tour of the locations so I could check out the boxing bags. Since that was reason for wanting guest pass. This employee interrupted conversation between another employee to jump into the conversation. If I could figure out why this employee decided it be imperative to interrupt guest services from doing their job, it would be comforting... The previous la fitness I was a member of had friendly staff. I know you dont need show an Id to receive a tour of a gym.... Why are your employees taking upon themselves to interrupt an established method of communicating with customers trying create clients. A pleasant experience is supposed be welcome at location. I wanted rejoin an la fitness as I moved closer from the one off university. Yall need a new manager....

Paul MAGUIRE: Dr OC responded to my inquiry promptly. Went in for an assessment and was impressed with his knowledge and the environment. Dr OC asked me what my goals were and developed a work out plan, to include nutrition. Dr OC has communicated with me about the plan and answered all my questions. He is a great coach and motivator. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer.

My young adult son and I had the good fortune of being able to take two classes included with our stay at The Diplomat. The coaching and the classes were amazing, and the coaching during those classes was adapted to each class participant "meet you where youre at" and help you improve. We felt so encouraged and had such a good time. Wish I could magically transport myself from my home state into your classes on regular basis. Definitely look forward to joining you when we visit the area again. MUCH appreciation.

Earnest Duckery: Dropped into Orangetheory for a morning workout. It turned out to be a great workout and great start to the day. The staff was great and humorous, and our trainer made sure that she put it on us while watching our ability and heart rate. That isnt spilled water on my shirt.
