From the moment you walk in, youre welcomed by a clean, vibrant space and a super friendly front desk team that sets the tone for the whole experience. The studio is well-organized, the equipment is always in great condition, and everything feels really well run. But what truly sets this place apart is the coaches. Every single one brings their own energy, but they all have this amazing ability to push you just enough while still making you feel supported and capable. They take the time to correct form, explain the science behind the workout, and hype you up when you need that extra boost. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress and want you to succeed.

5 /5 Tanya Taradash: Orangetheory Central studio has a special place in my heart. Its more than just a gym. Its an incredible community. Its people you meet that become like family to you. Everyone supports and pushes each other but we wouldnt be able to do that without our amazing 5am coaches! They keep us accountable and motivate us every day. Its an incredible place to keep you in shape! Thank you to our amazing coaches for everything that you do for us every single day! Sometimes its not easy but its so worth it!

I have two other studios closer to home but the drive to this location is absolutely worth it for many reasons. I haven’t found coaches better than those at Central. They are pure motivation, knowledge and energy. Jenn is out of this world. Truly the best.

The workouts are a great mix of everything, the music is upbeat and fun, but truly the biggest reason I keep coming back is the staff. I cannot say enough great things about the coaches in particular. They bring an energy, a perfect blend of professionalism and personal relationship building, and a true depth of knowledge where each person feels seen and there’s a sense of trust that we are in good hands. The workouts are challenging but the staff is very supportive and encouraging to just do your best every day.

The local studios are all truly great…however, special shout out to Central, my home studio and the BEST studio! Every coach brings a special flavor to the experience. All are knowledgeable, motivating and know exactly how and when to push you to next limits. Adore our Central OTF Community!
