1 /5 Laura Sessions: Over the years, I had a couple rings re-sized and chain repaired and that was all fine. They completely ruined my engagement ring when I needed the head replaced - twisted setting and prongs uneven. The shop where I took it to be repaired afterward had to repair the band of the ring as well as the replace with a new head. They are very nice, but I suggest simple repairs only at this shop.

After having a great experience in the past I decided to stop by the store and see if we can come up with ideas for a custom made bracelet, once we finalized design we agreed to a two week turnaround (which I will add was completed before the promised delivery date) Needless to say I was completely blown away by the craftsmanship and the attention to detail of my new bracelet. I am so glad I was able to deal with a reputable and well respected team that has been on location for 16 years. Thanks Orlando Jewelers i look forward to doing business in the future.

5 /5 Donna Trovarello: Luis was extremely helpful and very friendly. We went in to get a jewelry repair, and they did it on the spot and it was really reasonably priced. The jewelry was beautiful and unique. I will be going back so they can design me a custom ring.

Meggie Pollifrone: Beware of Bellagio Jewelers – Dishonest, unprofessional, and careless! My wedding ring broke in less than a month of wearing it — a diamond had completely fallen out. On July 15th, I brought it to Bellagio Jewelers for repair. They took my ring, gave me a ticket, and even wrote down my phone number incorrectly, which meant I never got a single update. After weeks of me calling and chasing them, they finally told me on August 1st my ring was “ready.” When I went to pick it up, it was immediately clear they had no idea what they were doing. They were completely confused about the insurance coverage I had purchased, and kept calling a so-called “manager” who apparently never works there — and may not even exist. When they finally brought out my ring, I was horrified. Instead of properly repairing it, they had done what looked like a cheap, sloppy patch job. The diamonds looked dusty, cracked, and glued together. Where one of my three rectangle diamonds should have been, they had filled the space with half a broken diamond and a tiny mismatched stone. There was still a gaping hole where the original diamond had fallen out! My ring looked ten times worse after their “repair” than it did before I brought it in. Even the women working in the store admitted the jeweler had done a horrendous job. Instead of owning their mistake and replacing the ring, they tried to upsell me on a brand-new ring and told me I just needed to “pay the difference.” Absolutely unbelievable. Since August 1st, I’ve been told my ring was “sent back to the jeweler,” but I’ve had zero calls or updates. I’ve asked twice to speak to a manager and was told “the manager doesn’t work here” — then the employee quickly backtracked to “he’s not here.” The dishonesty and lack of accountability is shocking. At this point, I have no confidence in Bellagio Jewelers. They are running what feels like a scam, selling low-quality diamonds and providing terrible service. If I don’t hear back immediately, I will have no choice but to report my ring as stolen. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the heartbreak. Do not trust Bellagio Jewelers.

I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!)
