1 /5 Milkshake: I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks

1 /5 сандра: Garbage quality and durability. Staff even worse than garbage jewelry, obviously they hate their job. Earnings started to fell apart after 2 months and they couldn’t do anything, garbage! Dont waste your time and money here!

1 /5 MALIK A: Beware! The jewelry sold here is shockingly overpriced for the quality it delivers. I suffered painful allergic reactions in my ears after just one wear! To make matters worse, my attempt to return the item within the 30-day window was met with a harsh refusal. The customer service from Dessire and Julieta is nothing short of appalling. Do not risk your money on this establishment; it could be a costly mistake you’ll regret! Even Julieta, the manager tells me she gets allergies herself. Absolutely not recommended! Worst customer service

1 /5 Deven Shavon: Visited this store on vacation today and the customer service was terrible. I asked to see something and the person asked another worker the price and told me that but didn’t take it out so I could see it. I’ve gone to stores all over the world and this was the worst.
