As soon as I met Ralph I had a great vibe and felt confident that he would be the person to help guide me through this process. As he was asking me basic questions about budget, design, shape etc. He not only put together several options however, also educated me on why you want to look out for certain little details in the Dimond that would go a long way for both looks and value. 5 /5 Samantha: If circumstance has lent it self to where you need or want to sell your diamond then go to Regent Jewelers. After being (emotionally) tossed around my local jeweler I decided to do some google research which lead me to there direction. I decided to make the almost 40 minute ride and have faith in the reviews I’d be treated fairly. I was greeted warmly by staff who made an effort to make me feel comfortable. I sold my starter engagement ring and band because I knew I had an upgrade in the mail. I’ll admit I was expecting a little more before setting foot in the store however the transparency of the process made me feel comfortable that they where being honest. One of the most important things was I was treated with respect and no one was nit picking my diamond in a demeaning way. They make sure you’re comfortable if they are pulling your ring in the back to clean it or any other process even if it’s right in front of you. I regret I don’t remember the names of the two gentlemen that helped me but they where both fantastic. Thank you Regent Jewelers.
