1 /5 Marina Reed: I had a very disappointing first visit to this store. I came in with my 11-year-old son, who was calmly looking around and touching a few stones out of curiosity—nothing unusual for a child in a crystal shop. Shockingly, the seller told my son to make sure he didn’t put one in his pocket because it would bring bad energy. My son hadn’t put anything in his pocket. He had a coin in his hand, and I guess the seller thought it was a stone. However, it was an inappropriate and unkind way to address a child, and frankly, it felt like an accusation of stealing. We left immediately. I expected a more welcoming and respectful environment, especially in a place centered around energy and healing. We won’t be returning.
