5 /5 Parker Yates: I have been banking with this Seacoast branch for many years and the staff is always so polite and helpful. Anytime I have an issue as long as it isn’t major it gets resolved quickly.

1 /5 Dennis Muter: The Mrs.here.Paid off a loan last month ,16 months early.Got no zero balance statement this month,no pay off statement,no deed paid off.Checked online for satisfaction filed with county...nothing.Called loan officer...they dont send anything but she would check.Said there is a $25 fee for paying early but they would wave it and file paid with county.If we owed,should there not be a bill sent?So it just compiles and doesnt show we own our property?Then what?What if I didnt follow up?Very unprofessional and sneaky.
