    Heidi Lee: I wouldn’t hire this attorney for my worst enemy. I hate even given her the title attorney, she is running her practice by herself. That’s concerning enough . She’s either broke or can’t keep employees because she is rude and doesn’t know much of anything , she missed court today for a family member! Yes, you read it correctly she NO-SHOWED for a court hearing, She doesn’t answer emails, or phone calls, I basically gave her all the Information in regards to medical marijuana, she needed to just contact the state attorneys office. She stated she would have to contact the bar to make sure it is ok to speak with me a family member? You’ve been a Florida attorney for over 20 years , you really don’t know the laws about speaking with a clients family? Don’t walk from this attorney RUN . Ps when I called she answered rude as always i said you realize there was court today she said “yeah I know I’m in court and have three cases today , I can’t be everywhere , umm really maybe if you weren’t such a miserable person you’d have a secretary and would have a schedule. She’s a mess she can’t even schedule court with days that coincide , run far and fast - she gets a star because it’s a requirement, she would get NEGATIVE if I could

    Gnome96: My name is harry ,I called mr Humphreys law firm at 7pm and received their answering service. Not expecting a call back for a day or two to my surprise and a potential heartatact Mr Humphreys, himself, called me an hour later. Mr Humphreys made me feel good and important being acknowledged a feeling I didnt get from the lawyer I had. Although we didnt get what wanted we did get paid. However, every time I called I was spoken to, brought up to date and assured I was in good hands. His people who answered my calls are guniune nice every day Floridians. When the paralegal wasnt in and had to leave a message it said will be in touch with in 24 hours and every time they did. I spoke to Mr Humphreys personally many times and his paralegals all the time about the case (I was a pain). To both Mr Humphreys and Roseanne thank you for never treating me less than or getting angry at me when I ranted and shown frustration and anger about my situation. Roseanne was able to reduce my bills which I thought a miracle, and Mr Humphreys assured me that he would never take more $$$ that I would receive despite our contract promises made promises kept. Dont think my case was profitable for them as it was for me. I have been compensated for my injuries thanks to this law firm fighting against a ruthless insurance company. God for bid I need a lawyer again I would not hesitate to call my friends at Humphreys and Lopez. My experience was like having a friend as a lawyer.
