    Celina Anzardo: Walked in with a couple of items for scrap and a diamond cocktail ring that is 18 karat white gold. I wasn’t expecting a ton of money, but the woman who was taking care of me was pretty young and had a well off. I’m too good for you attitude as someone who buys the estate sales for a long time I know how to sell and scrap gold and silver. She offered me 220 for a gold ring and some scrap silver. Unfortunately, I took it. I think I could’ve gotten a better price. Oh well as far as the diamond cocktail ring she said it was not real. I said that couldn’t be possible. I bought it at an estate sale. She said well sorry we don’t buy it I said OK, no problem. went to A different pawn shop and was offered $400 for the ring saying it was real diamonds and gold. Pretty sure this girl doesn’t know what she’s doing or she is just the daughter of the owner. Either way her customer service was kind of rude. I will never be going back and do not recommend.

    Mr. T: Recently had a repair done on a chain/pendant set I’ve had for over 20 years! This is actually the original Tiger Iron dog tag. Perfect size in my opinion. I also had the chain lengthened and added a Saint Christopher’s medallion. Between Keith, Luis and Anisha I was very well taken care of! It was very enjoyable to learn about the history of some of the pieces and to see such passion from those who work with the company. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience!

He was very patient and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and never made me feel rushed during the entire process. Ended up leaving with a beautiful ring within my price point. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

    Hometownselects: If I was to sum up the experience in two words cheap and insulted. We tested this place out because they have another place in Pine Hills it was my fault I told my wife to get a price on the inheritance that was dumped in my lap, family passing away is never fun anyway. But we have been selling on eBay for over a decade by now so I dont know why I told her to do it I guess just to test the waters so to speak. Anyway I gave her half and she went to the Pine Hills place and they offered $2000 she called me I said no, we both went to this old man who was sucking on something the whole time that was obnoxious! but an 1 1/2 hours later he says $755 I kindly let my wife handle it. She said your other store said $2000 he said for what and called them in front of her insulting her intelligence because he owns both stores and tells them not to do it. Well we politely left and sold half on eBay 3 days later for $3800 and its sad people have to part with their personal belongings just to have some rude gutless greedy man strip them of their dignity and profit off their personal private collection of memories. I didnt do it and I dont suggest you do it either, I know who bought my stuff and they wear it love it and appreciate the things that once graced my familys neck, fingers, ECT. Some jewelry is priceless and irreplaceable and this old man is drawing a social security check and doesnt need your money so dont give him the pleasure of stripping you of your dignity and pride for way, way less than its worth. "Your" worth way more no matter what $5-$500 will get. God bless and good luck! Oh this last part was for the unsuspecting customer not for the business owner. P. S. I posted the absolute truth I did not exaggerate, we made more money that I put down but we didnt take this old man all we had because again I was testing the waters. Ive dealt with these people before and they couldnt even tell you what Aqua Gina is because they arent about the business theyre about the money (period) oh I mentioned it he said what?... I was thinking, end of discussion!
