I was told by a Sun Trust employee (different branch) the documents and requirements for a tourist to open an account so, my relative went to this office that is the closest. Unfortunately the manager was very disrespectful and when she mentioned her country of origin he said that it was a "high risk country" therefore it was not possible to open it. Discrimination at its highest! Very bad... Poor and disappointing.

Andy Sones: Hands down the least convenient branch of any bank I have ever visited. One teller, lunch breaks, manager locking the door and standing guard rather than actually helping, systems down for hours at a time. This is the only physical branch for miles. What a shambles. Reflects so poorly in what was once a great bank, not that anyone actually seems to care. I will edit this to add that the manager was taking phone calls with customers, about intimate and confidential issues, on speaker phone behind the tellers, so that the (extremely long) line of people waiting for the one working teller could all hear both sides of the conversation. Unbelievable.

Vanessa Cusell: Dont deposit cash in the ATM outside. It ate all my rent money. However with that being said, the store manager Allen Wier was amazing in helping me get my money back. The bank does not service the outside ATM, but he was on the phone instantly with the company, and he filed a claim for my money. Although I did have to wait 3 business days, the money was back in my account. Im very thankful for all his help.

No one greeted me or made any effort to assist me. possibly because the staff assumed I was too young to be a serious customer. A woman who arrived after me insisted she was first, and instead of addressing the situation fairly, the staff ignored me entirely. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
