Baron Zackery: By shear luck and happenstance that I actually ran into this charming gem of a jewelry store (saw the sign as I was visiting a certain cookie establishment) Stopped in asked about making and designing a particular piece. Sales Professional Alia helped me with all of my thoughts, ideas and answered all of my specific questions with ease. She was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say the warm, open, family feel helped me to decide on my purchase, decision, and choice. Looking forward to doing business with you guys in the future as well. Great job!!

She assisted me with a ring purchase, an appraisal, and repairs—all handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Her jewelry knowledge is exceptional, backed by decades of experience, which gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The turnaround time was efficient, and the atmosphere in the store is warm and welcoming—we truly felt like part of their family by the time we left. This level of service is rare. Marsilvia Jewelry Inc sports pe,dentso - Deltona
Shalena Vazquez: Roy is our jewler and he worked with us to make my engagement ring and our wedding bands. The engraving came out perfectly! They had a few hiccups during the creation of my husbands band but Roy stepped in and made everything right! Everything came out amazing and the price was almost half of what we would have paid at the popular brick and mortar stores! I have also bought other pieces from them and I have had some of my jewlery repaired with them and everything came out wonderful! I would recommend Marsilvia Jewlery to everyone!

Orange City Jewelers - Orange City
Deliza Delia: ZERO stars if I could: I have not encountered such poor customer service in quite some time—likely because I generally choose not to frequent establishments that operate in this manner. My husband and I stopped in while waiting for the rain to pass and decided to inquire about having his Cuban link chain appraised. A young woman with long dark hair approached us to “assist.” When we asked if we could have the chain appraised, the exchange went as follows: Customer: Can I get this appraised here? Employee: Yes, but I just work here. So no, I can’t do that for you. Customer: (confused) Okay, so then how does an appraisal work? Employee: The jeweler. He’s the professional, and he does that. And I told you he wasn’t here. At no point prior to this did she inform us that the jeweler was unavailable. Instead, the interaction came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude—leaving the impression that she had no interest in earning our business. Establishments should be mindful of the staff they place on the front line, as one poor interaction can easily discourage potential customers from ever returning.
