Firstly, although I initially missed him by phone call, he sent me a text message to let me know that he had missed my call and looked forward to connecting with me. No other jewelry business I have worked with has gone this extra step to make my inquiry feel this valuable. When I arrived to his office, I instantly felt that I was in the presence of a sincere and trustworthy businessman. He greeted me and confirmed our appointment, then invited me in. The office space is adorned with tasteful art, my favorite pieces being the peacock ornaments and the statue of the Greek goddess (Athena?) When I sat down with him, he spoke to me as if I were a friend, he explained to me certain things about the business that I never heard before, which strengthened my understanding of why some other jewelers conducted themselves the way that they did. Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close!     Celina Anzardo: Walked in with a couple of items for scrap and a diamond cocktail ring that is 18 karat white gold. I wasn’t expecting a ton of money, but the woman who was taking care of me was pretty young and had a well off. I’m too good for you attitude as someone who buys the estate sales for a long time I know how to sell and scrap gold and silver. She offered me 220 for a gold ring and some scrap silver. Unfortunately, I took it. I think I could’ve gotten a better price. Oh well as far as the diamond cocktail ring she said it was not real. I said that couldn’t be possible. I bought it at an estate sale. She said well sorry we don’t buy it I said OK, no problem. went to A different pawn shop and was offered $400 for the ring saying it was real diamonds and gold. Pretty sure this girl doesn’t know what she’s doing or she is just the daughter of the owner. Either way her customer service was kind of rude. I will never be going back and do not recommend.

    Mr. T: Recently had a repair done on a chain/pendant set I’ve had for over 20 years! This is actually the original Tiger Iron dog tag. Perfect size in my opinion. I also had the chain lengthened and added a Saint Christopher’s medallion. Between Keith, Luis and Anisha I was very well taken care of! It was very enjoyable to learn about the history of some of the pieces and to see such passion from those who work with the company. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience!
