A co-worker recommended this place and I couldnt be happier with the service. They took care of everything and repaired the jewelry perfectly. I also had batteries put in 2 of my watches for a great price. The cost for everything was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. He designed a truly one-of-a-kind wedding ring set for my now-wife, and we couldnt be happier with the result. Being in the design field, my wife had a ring design in mind for years—something unique yet practical that she wouldn’t have to remove every time she visited a construction site. When I first met with Jorge, I saw one of his custom sports jewelry pieces. As avid mountain bikers, I thought she may like it, so I showed it to her—and her face immediately lit up. She asked, “Do you think he’d let me combine his design with mine?” Not only was Jorge open to the idea, he embraced it wholeheartedly. He listened carefully to every detail and comment, patiently incorporated numerous changes throughout the process, and brought the design to life with a detailed 3D rendering and then a mold, ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond sourcing the perfect emeralds and making sure every element of the rings was just right. The final piece left her speechless—it’s personal and completely unique. We were so thrilled with how her rings turned out that we decided to create a custom ring for me and earrings for my wife as well. Once again, Jorge took the time to understand our vision, listened patiently, and exceeded all expectations. Jorge’s craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication to his clients are unmatched. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I am very particular with my jewelry purchases, and Ive found Asi to be professional, patient, kind and accommodating during every step of the process of customizing a 2-piece lab created diamond wedding ring Set, comprised of a 5ct TW 3-stone ring, a complementary high-carat eternity band, and a 13.75 ct tennis bracelet. All turned out to be spectacular and more impressive than expected! Beautiful clarity, tremendous sparkle and shine, all-around! I receive so many compliments on a daily basis! In addition, I also plan to buy a 4ct set of stud earrings and soon upgrade one of my Rolex watches to a larger-faced model with this jeweler. I highly recommend Asi and his family at Golden Bay Jewelry for all of your jewelry needs!

Honest Jew: These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient
