5 /5 Brittany Hallman: Always a pleasure visiting KAY Jewelers in Broward mall. So nice and pleasant. Becca was a great help. 10/10 would recommend this location. Definitely will be returning in the future for my ring service and inspection and more purchases lol. Give them a visit, you wont be disappointed.

She was so sweet, patient, and really took her time to help me size my finger correctly. I didn’t feel rushed at all — she treated me like family, like I’d known her forever. 5 /5 Tyler Lindauer: My experience here was nothing short of amazing, Karen really went above and beyond to help me. I went in looking for a specific necklace for my girlfriend that I saw online, Karen scoured the cases as well as the back to try to find me what I needed. In the end they wound up not having my item but Karen didn’t stop there, she called up the closest store that had it and spoke to them on my behalf asking them to set it aside for me. She was super sweet super nice and instead of trying to selfishly get a sale, she pointed me in the direction of another location that had what I needed because she knew I needed it asap. This is what all retail places need to strive for, to be like Karen. Someone who understands what their customer needs and does everything in their power to help them. I 100% recommend this store for your jewelry needs and make sure to ask for Karen.
