5 /5 Bradley Morgan: Car started acting up on the way home from work. Took it to a nearby shop and they checked it out same day. Turns out it was the alternator. They gave me a quote that seemed fair and had it fixed by next morning. Didn’t try to push other stuff on me which I appreciated. Place was clean and the guy explained what happened in a way I actually understood. Car’s been running fine since. I’m always nervous going to auto shops but this one made it easy. I’d go back again if anything else breaks down. Good experience overall.

5 /5 Wilbert Tribbett: Im am leaving a 5 star review because of the service I received from Patriot Auto Care. My 2008 Jeep Wrangler had a problem with the shifter. I was stuck on the road. I look on the Internet for a reputable repair shop. It appeared to me based on the reviews and services performed that Patriot Auto Care was the best choice. I spoke to Alex and explained the issue I was having. He said his team would look at my Jeep. I received a call from Alex a couple hours later. Alex explained to me that the shifter bushing had went bad. Alexs team fixed the issue the same day because Alex understood time was of the essence for me. My Jeep is running perfect now thanks to Alex and his team at Patriot Auto Care. I would recommend anyone to take their car to Patriot Auto Care for all their automotive maintenance and repair needs. 5 /5 Rene Rodriguez: First of all, let me start by saying I would recommend Patriot Auto Care to my friends, family, and anyone looking for honest and trustworthy mechanic work on their vehicles. I was put at ease when I spoke to Jeffrey (Owner and Operator). He was very meticulous and thorough when he explained what needed to be done. He was very considerate of my situation. There was a lot of work to be done. After I let him know about my financial situation, he advised me that safety was the priority and what needed to be done within my budget. I appreciated his honesty. I have had a terrible experience with another Mechanic Shop and I feel blessed that I now have reliable, competent, knowledgeable, and professional auto care for my car. Patriot Auto Care went above and beyond customer service. To go into some of the work they did was a clutch master cylinder, and clutch slave cylinder to name a few things.. (which I had first had "fixed" by another shop which I will not go to again because they did more damage and botched it up, TWICE, and recommended work I did not need). To continue the amazing service I received by Patriot Auto Care, Jeffrey(Owner) had me come by the shop 4 days later just to make sure everything was working properly. They care about your well-being a Patriot Auto Care. Thank you and you have a client and family for life!

1 /5 Image and Creativity: I am giving them one star because there is no option for zero. This morning, I walked in and asked them to change a broken bulb in the tail lights. They requested that I leave the car, saying they needed to check if it was part of a bigger problem, and that the diagnosis (only) would cost me $140. I quickly left and had the issue fixed at another shop for just $20. Please dont go there; they seem to think women are stupid and easy to rob.

5 /5 kmoi winter: Patriot auto care is your one stop shop! Absolutely have nothing and to say about Jeffrey and his team of professionals. They take pride and care in their work. Recently had my truck in for level kit and swap my original tires/rim. They made sure I was taken care of.
