Jonathan Jeune Terrible Service – Don’t Trust This Shop I brought my car in on Saturday for an A/C issue. The front desk guy was so sure it was the AC line and said it would be a quick fix. He gave me the part and labor cost, and told me to leave a deposit—which I did. He promised to call Sunday if the part came in—never did. By Monday, still no update. I had to call them and was told the part was in and to bring the car. I dropped it off and asked when to return—was told 2–3 hours. I came back at 6:45 PM and found the shop closed with no phone call or update. Tried calling—no answer. My girlfriend called the next morning, and they gave her a different excuse and said it would be ready by 10 AM. My brother went at 11, car still not ready. Told to come at 1 PM—still not done. I went in at 5 PM, and now they’re saying it’s not the AC line at all—it’s electrical, then changed it again and blamed the compressor. They had the car for two days, misdiagnosed the problem multiple times, gave no updates, and couldn’t give a straight answer. Worst part? They forced me to pay the full amount just to get my car back—even though the issue was never fixed properly. This shop clearly doesn’t have the tools or knowledge to properly diagnose or repair vehicles. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and not worth your time or money. Avoid this place at all costs.

Robnself 2018 I gave it three stars because I did go before and they did fix something for me I think they do have some decent mechanics there. I went there last week I think I talked to the owner he was very rude. They said it would be $120 just to connect a OBD scanner. I have some experience fixing cars and I know thats bogus. I will not go back there again. People watch YouTube and start fixing your own vehicle. Stop being ripped off by these mechanics in Miami.

Peter Rost Im so happy I found this place close by Wynwood. Mr. Rodriguez is one of those old fashioned great and honest mechanics. Gave me reasonable price to fix Jeep Wrangler door lock actuator. Also want to mention Stephanie in office, nice, pleasant, kept me informed in timely manner, and very helpful. When I felt OEM part too expensive immediately helped getting aftermarket part at more reasonable price. All in all a well run operation. I usually do a lot of auto work myself. But tired of it. Will come here instead.

I was patient with the period of time you had in hopes that you were working on it and it sat in the same spot for a long time untouched and had to call alot to get info from you that was usually very vague. I was warned about this place and should have listened.

What makes these people think they are entitled to take money that is not theirs? This is a federal offense. To the owner just know you are not above the law and I reported you for these deceptive services. Heidi Wrang Visited Pavel for the 1st time and he was amazing. Was hit on rear bumper in a shopping center parking lot and had it fixed by Pavel - good as new. Later I had a scratch from shopping cart and Pavel buffed it out for me at no charge while I waited. Such a great operation - very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and skilled people. That model of vehicle is notorious for having numerous problems that I wont be listing. Nonetheless, Neal and his team replaced our A/C system almost completely, and it runs perfectly new as it should. The price was a selling point of course, saving us around* 800 dollars in costs. Matt Mullin Went in with AC that was blowing cold out of one vent and hot out of 3. Miami in April is no place to have broken AC. I took it in and Mr. henry and his staff were nothing but helpful. He fix the problem in under an hour and charged me a GREAT price. Thank you guys!!!

reid milsap This is probably the best auto AC repair place in Dade County. My Subaru was low on refrigerant which caused the left vents to be warm and the right vents to be cooler. Henry, the owner of the shop lifted the hood, felt the filter was warm and said it’s low on gas. He took out the O-ring on the refrigerant pipe, which is a frequent cause of refrigerant leak. He put a new one on, vacuumed out the system and filled it up with gas. He said the price would be $145. If what he did fix it and it would be zero if it didn’t. When the system was open. He added an ultraviolet dye and some stop leak to the refrigerant. If the leak is very small, the stop leak will usually fix it. Also frequently the O-ring, which is a little rubber piece dries out and leaks. He put a new one on just to be sure.If the system stops working down the road you can identify where it’s leaking with the ultraviolet light Which makes the dye glow purple. so for $145 he fixed the system where it’s working better than it has in a long time. Granted it may have a small leak, but also the O-ring might’ve been leaking which would mean that it’s fixed now and the stop leak will also help take care of small leaks. In any case for $145 we now have the coldest air we’ve had in a while on our 2019 Subaru Forester. Henry is the real deal.

However, when I arrived, he quoted a different price and seemed to disregard our prior conversation. I found Ronnies behavior to be focused on only getting paid rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. His customer service skills were subpar, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Agape Love Incompetent mechanics, doing bad work, will not honor warranty and Owner Ronald Moise is dishonorable! Don’t bring your foreign cars to him, as he will screw it up. His shop fixed my coolant leak, and gen fir overheating and put wrong coolant. VW must have pink or purple specialty coolant otherwise it will damage the car. I asked him to fix the mistake and even bought another jar of coolant and paid for extra coolant out of pocket again, but he still refused fixing his mistake. He only accepts cash and does not provide proper receipts because he is a cheat!!! After Several hours of driving after completed repairs all coolant leaked out and car overheated. I paid the over $400 to fix it, she only got few hours out if it. They refused to honor the warranty and fix their mistakes. So I’ll have to take matter to court because owner Ronald Moise is dishonorable. Stay away from them unless you want to risk having same issues. They are incompetent, doing very bad job and will not even honor warranty and will fix their mistakes. Do not trust them with your car unless you want to risk to be screwed like me!

Brian Woods Went in for a recall. Was told itd be 1-2 hours. Returned after 2 hours my car hadnt even been started. Sat there for 4 hours on my Saturday off. Finally got my car back and the alignment is all messed up, absolutely terrible. It was perfect before it went in. Recent rainstorm I almost crashed because I hit a puddle with such terrible alignment... just terrible all around

Dan Nelson The service staff was helpful and friendly. They did a good job on my car. However, in my opinion 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is just too long. The custom waiting area is awesome with coffee and snacks available and comfortable chairs. The 2-hour wait is not just a one-time thing. It always seems to take that long. It shouldnt take 2 hours for something that only takes 30 minutes of work to do.

James Porzio Saturday the 06 11 2025. I called for an appointment for the auto butler service because I am going away. I didnt expect to really get anything, but, to my surprise, I did. The service coordinator was very helpful. She they would call me see how soon they could get me in. Within 20 minutes I received a call and the young fellow said he would see if there were any openings. He asked me to be patient while he looked. Much to my surprise he got back on the phone and said there was a cancelation on early Saturday morning. He asked if I would like that one. Other than that, it would be about a month and a half. I took it and showed up for my appointment. They were prompt and courteous. My vehicle came back sparkling clean. Very happy and always good service. I would recommend the service staff to anyone.
