1 /5 Brian Woods: Went in for a recall. Was told itd be 1-2 hours. Returned after 2 hours my car hadnt even been started. Sat there for 4 hours on my Saturday off. Finally got my car back and the alignment is all messed up, absolutely terrible. It was perfect before it went in. Recent rainstorm I almost crashed because I hit a puddle with such terrible alignment... just terrible all around

3 /5 Dan Nelson: The service staff was helpful and friendly. They did a good job on my car. However, in my opinion 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is just too long. The custom waiting area is awesome with coffee and snacks available and comfortable chairs. The 2-hour wait is not just a one-time thing. It always seems to take that long. It shouldnt take 2 hours for something that only takes 30 minutes of work to do.

5 /5 James Porzio: Saturday the 06 11 2025. I called for an appointment for the auto butler service because I am going away. I didnt expect to really get anything, but, to my surprise, I did. The service coordinator was very helpful. She they would call me see how soon they could get me in. Within 20 minutes I received a call and the young fellow said he would see if there were any openings. He asked me to be patient while he looked. Much to my surprise he got back on the phone and said there was a cancelation on early Saturday morning. He asked if I would like that one. Other than that, it would be about a month and a half. I took it and showed up for my appointment. They were prompt and courteous. My vehicle came back sparkling clean. Very happy and always good service. I would recommend the service staff to anyone.

4 /5 Grant Burns: Worst service customer service part service that I’ve ever experienced in my life. I still don’t have a truck. It’s been in the shop since March 5, which is a month now never gave me a rental car even though I have a warranty never told me there’s no parts of bail, but if I go on eBay, there’s plenty of parts available GMC original OME not offbrands, but the actual part that I need it’s been sitting in the shop for a month. Supposedly I have a case numbered lady assigned.

5 /5 Joan Bennett: I came in without an appointment, very anxious about the lights on my car. Drew calmed me down and made room for me on the schedule and had the necessary repairs completed. How fortunate gettle Chevrolet is to have Drew handling customers like me. His service is outstanding! ,Joan bennett
