Which is around the corner, The technician stopped what he was doing to grab the front desk receptionist, and they got us taken care of immediately. The second time I came in to get my windshield washer repaired. They told me its wasnt the pump and they didnt have time to test for other things at this time. I took it to another mechanic it was the pump and it does work. Unfortunately that experience has caused me to lose faith in this business. Its a shame because its a clean facility that is closer to my home location.

I was given a thorough detailed estimate before hand each time. The work was done in the amount of time estimated, actually a bit less both times. I got a detailed report with pictures, and explanation of work. I never paid more than estimate, and once significantly less. They were great about helping me prioritize what really needed to be done now, and what could wait. I got good, practical advice, and I am so grateful. There is a really nice waiting room with coffee and snacks and magazines. I cant say enough about how thoughtful and friendly these people are. Its so refreshing. I was referred to them by a shop that was unable to do the first repair I needed, a cable replaced that operated the gas cap flap. So, if u like great service, and great people this is your place to go for repairs and service.
