Ray M Hello all, I’m fairly new to Palm Coast. Me and my family moved here last April 2024. I’m a former military mechanic and it has gotten increasingly harder to find a shop that isn’t shady these days. If you are looking for quality workmanship at fair prices this is the shop for you. David is strait up with you and honest and only recommends what’s needed. No upselling here. I have brought our 2006 KIA Optima here twice in the last few months. The last time it was for the AC system which quit working. He didn’t charge anything because it was just a blown fuse. Definitely pillar of excellence in Palm coast.

Asari Hay I don’t leave many reviews but this shop deserves one.Came in for 100k service on my car. The owner fixed a random but important part on my car and did not charge me for it. Best and most honest mechanic in my 10+ years of driving.

Jeff Watkins 2016 Jeep Cherokee, 150,000 miles. 6+hour trip to Palm Coast in 90 degree heat, as we leave driveway to begin our vacation the a/c goes out. On way down we find Flagler Auto Repair as being near our destination. Great reviews, so we visit them. Awesome folks. Pulled my Jeep in, had it repaired, ready to go in hours of leaving it. I expected the cost to take a significant chunk of $ from vacation budget. Was extremely pleased with the cost of a/c motor replacement. I wish Flagler Auto had a place in my hometown as I would be a regular customer.

Krissy Thornton Got me in same day for my ac that went out in this heatwave. super informative to make sure you see and understand the process of what they are doing with your vehicle and showing you the exact issue, before they do anything. Best customer service I have received at an auto repair shop, really taking the time to extend customer service and great pricing. As a new resident of palm coast this is definitely where I will be bringing my car from now on.

Emil Mtso This was going to be a good review but now it’s a bad one, regarding Felix and the mechanic I came in with my van over heating and they squeezed me into do a diagnostics of $29.00, they found out that the over heating was from one of my hoes loose and they tightened it back, I pay the 29.99 and when I go to get my van they claim that my thermostat was bad and that they need to change it for a total of $340 ish, . I look at the invoice and ask why is the thermostat $125 when advanced auto is $36 for that part? They immediately release my van and take it out because of me questioning it. I leave to another mechanic only to find out that tuffy tried to sneak in an invoice and charge me for a bad thermostat so they can make something off of me. My thermostat was perfectly fine and my van didn’t over heat after the hoes was fixed. They also dropped and forgot their flash light under my hood.

Faith Delp I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating and costly that I feel compelled to share. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and it was idling very roughly. After their inspection, I was told I needed a new engine gasket, spark plugs, and a coil pack for the 4th cylinder. The total cost came out to just under $1,000. After picking up my car, I barely made it onto the highway before the same issues started again—rough idling and a flashing check engine light. I immediately turned around and brought it back. At first, the mechanics tried to tell me the car was running fine and they couldn’t detect any problems. Eventually, they agreed to keep it overnight and later said it was likely a faulty part, which somehow took nearly a week to replace. When I finally picked the car up again, the check engine light came back on almost immediately. At this point, I decided to look into it myself with my dad, and what we found was shocking: missing bolts on the coil packs, stripped threads, and a blown spark plug on the second cylinder which wasn’t even mentioned that had clearly been that way for some time. The damage was so severe that the car now needs either a new engine or a full replacement. This kind of carelessness and poor workmanship is completely unacceptable. I trusted this shop with a major repair and ended up in a far worse situation than when I started. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Eric Seifert Tony and his shop are the best around and have gotten me out of a jam more times than I care to admit. He is extremely thorough and highly accurate with his financial estimates. I find this quality is a total rarity in the day and age of throwing parts at problems instead of diagnosing and isolating defects. This mechanic will save you time and money. If you need service, or a no nonsense assessment then Tonys is the shop to take your vehicle to. He and his team will see that you are helped and that you will safely get back on the road in a timely manner.

J A Its been awhile, but I just wanted to say a big thank you and shout out to caliber collision over here in Palm Coast. They handled my Aunts vehicle after a messy collision and made the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. I really appreciate Tom, who not only made an effort to keep us updated every week on the progress, but did his best in making sure the vehicle got excellent care throughout the ordeal. I know dealing with insurance people is never easy, but he really stepped in in making sure the vehicle got what it needed. It took several months to see it get back in action, but I appreciate all the work that they did and could not recommend them enough to service your vehicle after a collision. They were even nice enough to stay open a little late just so I could come pick it up, given that we lived over an hour away. Thank you so much again. Even though my Aunt is no longer here with me, I know she is grateful that you allowed her vehicle to continue on and be enjoyed the way she would have wanted it to be.

Sophie Boyle My family have been bringing there European cars to Paulo for the last 10+ years. I have two cars. I bring to him. He has fixed various things, as one is a 2007 and the other 2005, with over 300,000 miles. I trust him so much, that when I moved out of state I still bought both cars to him regardless of having to tow and /or drive 8 hours from up north! He is great. Sometimes you have to wait, but that usually gets you quality work! Thanks Eagle Auto...

Heather Arbuthnot I’ve gone to these guys twice and they are honest and do quality work !!! I had a shop in St Augustine tell me that my car needed an engine cooling fan which to fix that day with Ford part would be around 700$ after googling the cost of the part we decided to cancel and have the car towed to Eagle auto. As soon as these guys got my car started and Hood popped they noticed my antifreeze reservoir was almost empty and had a leak, it was so noticeable they even showed me !! They had my car fixed by the next day !! Saved me soooo much money I highly recommend them. I also had my motor mount fixed by them , other places were going to charge me 200$ just for labor, I took it to Eagle and for around 190$ I got my motor mount fixed and an oil change !!! Honest and great prices !!! Thank you For the work you guys do !!

Sherri Mims Can’t say enough good things about Leo & Darling. We were in Palm Coast for vacation when our car began overheating the day before we were heading back to S.C. After a Google search we called Leo & Darling. They were able to look at the car, called a taxi for us so we could go enjoy our last day of vacation, and had the car repaired and ready a few hours later. Leo was courteous, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Leo & Darling and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if in the area. Darling was very kind as well.

Alex Naydich Super hard working and very trustworthy. Quoted me a price and even tho my car gave him problems, he worked till 1 am to make sure I had the car for work the next day. Charged me nothing extra. Highly recommend.

Martha Malmberg Wow! Completely impressed and will call again in the future. My son had a bolt broken in his ignition coil and called to see if this company could help. They were at the house in less than 20 minutes and the bolt was out in 4 minutes! Not only did he replace the bolt, he put the car back together and made sure it ran! By the way, this was at 9 p.m. I ran in to get more cash for a tip but he left before I made it outside. Bob Magnus Palm Coast Auto Repair is a great local vendor to do business with. They always honor their appointment times and provide updated status of repairs being made. I have never had to return any of my vehicles because the repair was not done right. Highly recommend them

My name Is nobody Very quick turn around times. They can empathize with ur situation. If u only have one car they will do what they can to get done quick while still doing it right. The service is great and always friendly. The prices are very competitive and in some cases like my oil change super cheap. I paid like 50 bucks for my oil change when most other places charge like 70 or more. Can and do recommend.

karwin potter Car wouldnt start, needed a starter. Had my vehicle towed there and dropped off. He had it replaced and ready in about an hour. Fast, professional and friendly and very good price! Highly recommend!!!

While I didn’t get everything done that was wrong at the time I will be taking my car back next week to finish the work. Rick Kazee A few weeks ago I started getting check engine warnings on my 2008 diesel Sprinter conversion van (156000 miles). I had been taking my van to a local garage in St.Augustine, and while generally happy with their basic work, I wasnt as pleased with a major and expensive job they did for me just before my last big road trip. Anyway, thats not what this review is about. Recently my code reader indicated a variety of possible issues with the engine that were well above my pay grade. I asked a few truck driving friends about good diesel mechanics in the area and Near Fleet was one that came up more than once, so I made the appointment and took it in. I generally dont do reviews good or bad... people and businesses do their work, I pay them, and Im happy or not. I might tell a few friends if they ask but thats about it. On this occasion, I just felt that Kyle did such a super job diagnosing the issues, offering solutions, and getting the work done quickly and efficiently, that a public review was warranted. I really appreciated how he kept me informed on the progress of the work and all that was involved in the repair. And, as importantly, his pricing was transparent and more than reasonable. If you are looking for someone who I feel is honest, professional, personable, and fair, you couldnt do better than Kyle. Hes definitely earned my future business.

James Cummings I was looking for someone to perform maintenance service on our 2016 Boxster and a friend recommended Mike Stepler. After a phone conversation with Mike I felt confident that we should move forward. Meeting Mike and then seeing his work I knew I made the right decision.I am impressed with his technical knowledge,skills and attention to detail. I am a bit of a fanatic when it comes to my cars and I must say that Mike exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend him.

Josh Miller Mike came out and diagnosed what was wrong with the truck very shortly after reaching out while accommodating for my schedule. He was on time and honest about the pricing. He picked the truck up promptly at 9:00am and had it fixed before 1. When it came time to drop the truck back off at my house, once again, Mike worked around my schedule and had it back to me exactly when he said it would. Mike made the process incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

The owner, Marcio, and his beautiful wife Claudia was a lifesaver; he arrived within 25 minutes and assisted us with our alternator and belt after hours. This is a family-owned small business.
