I did not feel like I was paying for things I didn’t need. Super fast and helpful service. A very convenient spot too. I will be coming back every time now to get my oil change and tire rotation! Josh Stark 5 STARS – FIVE STARS! I had an appointment to get my rear pinion seal replaced on a 2009 F150. When I showed up the Owner Jose greeted me by first name. He was smiling, relaxed and happy to see me - I felt like we were old friends. They got to work on my pinion seal but I mentioned I might need a tie rod on the front steering. Sure enough it was dangerously close to failing. Jose assured me they could fix it same time while I was there. At one point he and both of his mechanics Scott and Daniel were all three wrenching on my truck. They got it done in record time. It felt like I had a NASCAR team ha! Scott and Daniel were also very friendly fellows. Thanks again Jose for blowing me away with customer service, confidence and assurance the job was done correctly and all at a reasonable price. I’ll be back. 5 STARS!!!!!

Doreen Stewart I had a flat tire on my side by side ATV and my husband took it off and said take it somewhere to have it fixed well I used to live right around the corner from Tire Kingdom and have always had a good experience there so thats where I went! I now live outside of town about 6 miles away.. The girl running the register said bring it in the first bay and we will take a look at it! Well in about 5-10 minutes later she said you are all set! It was fixed the problem was the valve stem and I dont mean just the little needle valve it was the entire valve stem! They replaced it and did not charge me anything! I was so happy to have it fixed and with no charge! This is not the first time I have had a great experience with them... They are awesome! I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Palatka...

kyle loshure If you want the most knowledgeable honest and friendly car service this is your shop , half the price of dealership. They changed all the suspension as far as shocks in the rear the struts in the front also steering arms with ball joints . I’ve never seen a more qualified shop without being in expensive dealerships They were fast friendly and the manager Lizbeth is a outstanding asset for this company. She’s involved personally with everything and everyone including workers out In the bay giving oversight . I would certainly recommend this shop to everyone. Jameka Johnson I came here for a 8 inch suspension lift and left with missing brackets and bolts. No alignment was done. No inspection was done before they gave me the truck. Also, my truck sat for three months alongside other trucks so please don’t expect quick work. They refuse to replace the parts and expected others to work on top of what they screwed up. I had to go elsewhere and fix their mistakes to get it done in a reasonable time. They are very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy !

Tri Constable They do great work and are very honest people! One of the rims they ordered for my truck had a small scratch on it and they immediately ordered a new one and had it replaced asap. I will be doing business with them again!

kimberly palacios 10/10 recommend !! Literally my first time coming into this auto place and I needed all 4 of my tires done . The woman that was there I didn’t caught her name but she is such a sweetheart !!! While the guys were fixing my van of course she stuck with me and we were having a conversation the entire time . She even told me that I would need to replace one of my rotors since it was getting stripped down badly . I enjoyed her company and how fast they were able to get my tires on . I highly recommend coming here whether it’s just for tires or getting anything fix for your car . I will definitely be coming back in the near future !!! I felt like family being in there ! Pam Brewer Lance I stopped by here yesterday. Ask a stupid question and not only were they able to answer the question they were able to fix my truck. I had several issues with it. One of my air conditioning wasn’t working and I’m driving away a big truck and this guy didn’t just fix it. I cannot use them because theyre not even open on Saturday. I work out of town through the week, and this is very inconvenient.

Everywhere I went in was told we dont have enough staff today. Finally I found these guys and they were great. They had my problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. I was back on the road in an hour. Kevin Ashman I cant say enough about this place! I was returning from a job site in the middle of no where when my coolant temperature warning came on. A passerby gave me water to refill the coolant reservoir since it appeared to be nearly empty. All of the water leaked out withing about 30 minutes, but that at least got me to Palatka. I found this shop through a quick Google search. The guys at the shop took me in even though it was late in the afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They were even willing to show me the damaged parts, which is always a plus at any shop Ive been to. They were able to apply a temporary fix to get me back to Jacksonville that evening since the replacement parts were not in stock. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Liquid Flames Google maps doesnt seem to know the difference between the True Lube oil change place and the garage beside it called Eugine & Son. This review is for Eugine & Son, not True Lube. I took my moms Chevy Equinox to them because the AC was blowing hot air. They checked it out with their machine, checked all the fans, and for trouble codes. They could not reproduce the problem. It was ice cold when they got in it and tried to diagnose it. They let me know they could not reproduce the issue and didnt charge me anything. Its been fine ever since. I just wanted to give them a good review because there are mechanics out there that would have tried to find something to replace or fix just to make some money. These guys were honest and friendly. They didnt try to charge me for a non-issue. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. I really appreciate the honesty and friendly atmosphere. If anything else does come up, Ill be going back to this place for everything. And I want to make this clear. This review is for Engine & Sons thats beside the oil change shop. For some reason, Google maps has this address labeled as True Lube but the sign out front says Engine & Sons. The true lube is next door to this place and Ive never been there.

Employees are courteous and go above and beyond than what is expected. In these days of no courtesy or follow-up, Beck makes sure you are taken care of in an efficient manner. Steven Ayers Service is always quick but the first 3 times I went in for an oil change some clips got left off the heat shield so I had to take it back. The last 2 visits Ive had no problems and theyre always done faster than expected. Got another service today, will update if the clips arent on again... It starts to rattle unbearably.

Nancy Rae I have a 1996 Ford E250 Econoline Camper van. I have had 6 different mechanics in the last 8 months trying to figure out what the problem was but to no avail. Casey was recommended through a friend although he is 175 miles from me I went to see him. I am ecstatic that I am back on the road and my van is running better than it ever did. No pings, no knocks no cutting out and she is running strong. I have found my new mechanic. He also didnt rape my pocketbook like some mechanics try to do when they see a Senior woman traveling alone. (sad that still happens) I will be going back to get some basic things done before I take my bucket trip out West. You wont regret bringing your vehicle here. Casey is a stand up man. Patti T I made an appointment for my car as I felt the transmission was slipping. He put the computer on it and transmission was ok. I had a transmission service done at very reasonable cost. I was told something could be going but not enough to diagnose yet. I promptly drove the car to Ohio for an appointment, then traded it in while there . The service was exceptional, I was fit in between appointments because I was leaving the area. I definitely will go back. Probably for the check engine light on my Smart car!:)
