Employees are courteous and go above and beyond than what is expected. In these days of no courtesy or follow-up, Beck makes sure you are taken care of in an efficient manner. When they make a promise - from callbacks to service - they fulfill. Thank You Brian, Austin, Kaitlin (C) and all others who assisted.

5 /5 Steven Ayers: Service is always quick but the first 3 times I went in for an oil change some clips got left off the heat shield so I had to take it back. The last 2 visits Ive had no problems and theyre always done faster than expected. Got another service today, will update if the clips arent on again... It starts to rattle unbearably.

1 /5 Stacy Marlette: DONT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT BECK NISSAN, something wrong with the culture there ...High praise for BECK FORD, Jeremy and his crew are great! Had a first time appointment at Tire Outlet today for an oil change, got there on time and was told there was at hour wait before they could even get to my car, with other customers chiming in that theyd been waiting for hours, I didnt want to take a chance on how long it would be so I then went to Beck Nissan (for the first time) and the service person was friendly and took my car right in. It was done in less than 30 minutes including rotating my tires. I drove home and instinctively checked my oil...it was way over the full line. This alarmed me because I know too much oil can damage a car. I immediately drove back and asked them to check it, the tech comes out and dips and wipes the stick several times over a few minutes staring at the stick without saying anything...then tells me its fine. Because of the uncertainty he displayed, I asked for someone else to look at it for a second opinion. He immediately got defensive and told me hed been doing this for a year and knew what he was doing and that I was being disrespectful. Shocked, I then drove to Beck Ford on Palm and explained what had just happened. Jeremy was super empathetic and agreed that the oil was too high and it could damage my engine. He calls Beck Nissan and they tell HIM (hes in charge of the Quick Lane at Beck Ford) that he has to wait 15 minutes with the car off to check it properly(as if he doesnt know what hes doing),so he puts it on a timer and to no ones surprise, there is TOO MUCH OIL and he has to drain it down to an acceptable level. Moral of story: DONT GO TO BECK NISSAN FOR AN OIL CHANGE... BECK FORD IS GREAT! Was supposed to get a multipoint inspection too, but no evidence that was done, when I asked about it when I went back, the service person said that they did it, just zero documentation, said that maybe I needed an air filter and a cabin filter but it would have been about $150 and she didnt mention it because she didnt think I wanted to pay that much! Strange! Please someone from Beck contact me! I just want to make sure my car is ok and I got what I paid for. Will update if someone from Beck contacts me! I dont know who to contact, I just want peace of mind
