5 /5 Kevin Ashman: I cant say enough about this place! I was returning from a job site in the middle of no where when my coolant temperature warning came on. A passerby gave me water to refill the coolant reservoir since it appeared to be nearly empty. All of the water leaked out withing about 30 minutes, but that at least got me to Palatka. I found this shop through a quick Google search. The guys at the shop took me in even though it was late in the afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They were even willing to show me the damaged parts, which is always a plus at any shop Ive been to. They were able to apply a temporary fix to get me back to Jacksonville that evening since the replacement parts were not in stock. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

5 /5 Liquid Flames: Google maps doesnt seem to know the difference between the True Lube oil change place and the garage beside it called Eugine & Son. This review is for Eugine & Son, not True Lube. I took my moms Chevy Equinox to them because the AC was blowing hot air. They checked it out with their machine, checked all the fans, and for trouble codes. They could not reproduce the problem. It was ice cold when they got in it and tried to diagnose it. They let me know they could not reproduce the issue and didnt charge me anything. Its been fine ever since. I just wanted to give them a good review because there are mechanics out there that would have tried to find something to replace or fix just to make some money. These guys were honest and friendly. They didnt try to charge me for a non-issue. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. I really appreciate the honesty and friendly atmosphere. If anything else does come up, Ill be going back to this place for everything. And I want to make this clear. This review is for Engine & Sons thats beside the oil change shop. For some reason, Google maps has this address labeled as True Lube but the sign out front says Engine & Sons. The true lube is next door to this place and Ive never been there.

5 /5 Tammy Vargas: Best experience ever had with an Oil Change etc.! We were in & out in 10 minutes & that even included vacuuming wow! We were greeted by all & very pleasantly! We even had a guy open the door for us to the waiting room which we barely got sat down & we were ready to go!

1 /5 Roxy Brown: If I could give half a star I would. I came in 300 miles and decided to have my oil change. No problem with that. My tires front and rear had been serviced for pressure. Drive 20 minutes up the road parked and left in the morning in my journey. Rear rear tire blows. A rip off for sure. They must have thought they could get more business knowing they almost killed someone. Fast and sloppy work.
