Not only was my phone quote reasonable when I brought my car in they did a diagnostic & my engine was fine but my water pump needed replacement. My car was fixed the next day!!! Will be bringing my vehicles here from now on :)

Santino Studios Great people, they truly care about helping you. I got my brakes fixed and an oil change at a good price, but have had a problem with the hatch on my trunk for months. Bruce fixed the hatch for free, which made my day. Im so glad I found this place and will definitely continue doing business with them!

Angler One Honest people! I took my truck to a quick oil change center and they informed me that I had a pinion seal leak. They showed me what looked like fluid around the under carriage . I made an appointment with Ashton Auto to change the seal. I dropped it off in morning and got a call soon after telling me there is no leak and the fluid looks like mud. They could have easily took advantage of the situation but they are good people!!! They earned my business for life!

Campbell Kieran “Dude” Not happy at all. I thought i vetted this place well but i was not impressed. As a mechanic for 40 years i work out of my yard. I have no lift so all my repairs are on the ground with jack stands so i am limited. When i needed some diagnostic intervention of my truck i made the mistake of going here. At first it was Fine And then the owner got a bug up his ass and stopped attending to my truck. Never again and there are better places to take your car. The only bright point was the office girl Rachel. She was great. Very nice but 4 weeks later even she left. Go elsewhere !

Rice Janet (Jrice) I went in as my oil light was low & I was worried. They took my car in & checked & it was definitely more, due for a change. They didn’t make me come back but changed it immediately. As they were working they did a check off other items & reported there were be a problem with my battery in the near future. I found this ironic as three days before my battery light came on & I had issues with it but I had not even mentioned it to them. I asked if they could take care of that while I was there & they accommodated that as well! Not only did they take great care of me, my car but the service was impeccable, fantastic and the price was great! I highly recommend this wonderful place. Everyone there is great‼️

Kimberly Pestana I had another mechanic try to rip me off and quoted me double for my repair. I went to Edgar and he took excellent care of me. He doesnt try to rip off women like some shops do. If you walk into a mechanic shop and theres a bunch of salesmen there, turn and walk out the door because theyre going to be highly priced and high pressure. I told Edgar he is going to get all of my business. I took a stack of his business cards and gave them to people at work. Highly recommend!!

Sonja Earnest So I was on my way home when I saw this place had a welding sign out front. I needed my side step repaired on my truck and took a chance that they could fix it, so I stopped and thankfully they took a look and said yes. The owner told me to stop by the next day and he would fix it. He was true to his word and did an excellent job and great price! I’m very grateful for their service! Jason Troop I was looking for a local alternative to the dealership, as I am off warranty and find they seem to pad their bottom line on service. Having seen HQ many times, living off Lockwood, I was happy to see their reviews were excellent and clearly dealt with an issue my truck was having with the fuel vapor system. Not only did Edgar, the owner, get me in on a Saturday morning, but his guys identified the location of the problem with a smoke test and updated me at every step. They found the issue involved a hose above the fuel tank, an area that normally would require dropping the tank-- several more hours of labor. One of the mechanics was small enough to actually place himself into the area where the hose was and access it. Once he did so, a part was picked up by Edgars father (family business) and I was all set and out the door by midday. The price was more than reasonable for time spent, parts, and work done, and everyone at the shop seemed happy to be there and enjoying their work. I know I will be using this shop again for keeping my truck on the road for years to come. Thanks Edgar and crew!

Really glad I called around because a competitor came and fixed the problem for $240 (parts, labor, entire visit). Don’t get taken advantage of.

Ronnie These guys were excellent! They even came at night and swapped out my Power Steering Pump on Dodge Ram 1500 like it was nothing! The whole thing took 1 hour. Worth every cent! Highly recommend.

I really appreciate their honesty and flexibility and how accommodating they were, even though we never actually met in person!

He is the best, not only in Sarasota, but the best that I have ever had to do work on my car. I would highly recommend his service. Nick Beasley I had the most frustrating experience with Tim. From the moment he answered the phone, he was already complaining and in a terrible mood. He insisted he had never quoted me anything, and his negativity only escalated from there. As he looked up my vehicle, instead of being helpful, he just kept grumbling and making snide remarks. It felt like I was bothering him simply by asking for assistance! To top it all off, after all his complaining, he actually told me to go somewhere else before hanging up on me. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will absolutely never go back to this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well. Save yourself the headache!

Kayla Grimenstein While on vacation in Sarasota, our van broke down. AAA originally suggested a different auto shop but the guy there was a complete jerk and even asked why we got our van towed there, meanwhile since we arent from the area, we just went by what AAA suggested. On our own we found this shop and let me tell you how wonderful they were. The staff in general were so nice. They explained everything to us and kept us properly informed every step of the way. They also got our van fixed in a timely manner to where we were still able to enjoy the last couple of days of our vacation. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if we are ever back in the area and need assistance, we know where to go.

Sarasota Sign Machine This crew has been amazing for a few years now Unfortunately we have changed out at least 10 tires on 3 vehicles over the last 4 years. The crew at JSN has always been accommodating. Dropped $500 today for 2 tires, allignment and insurance for both tires. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JSN TIRES ON McIntosh rd. TO EVERYONE

They replaced my alternator (Honda Civic) in two hours and charged less than what Google said is a normal price for this service. They found a mistake made by a previous repair shop that could’ve been disastrous and expensive!
