1 /5 Eathan S: I brought my vehicle here because I had an engine code for a cylinder misfire, they told me they would do a “thorough” diagnosis and determined it was a loose connection. Then proceeded to clear the code. I’m assuming they went for a test drive and the code did not come back immediately. So they called me and told me my vehicle was ready to pick up and only charged me $120. Which is a fair price for the diagnosis & “work performed”. But the next day the code came back and I asked them to fix the actual problem hoping they would acknowledge they never fixed it the first place and put the $120 I already spent towards the next bill. However they declined so I did my own diagnosing, determined where the misfire was, changed the spark plug which actually fixed the problem. I did all this after working a 12/hr shift, me working long hours is the reason I brought it to them in the first place because I just did not have the time. I know $120 is not a ton of money but it certainly was not put to good use. I think a little fairness could have went a long way in this situation.
