This has by far been the better automotive experience since moving here. Joey, takes time to test drive the vehicle after the service even if a tech has done it. He goes through each repair and will discuss what may or may not need to be completed. They fixed an issue that another local shop created and you can tell the difference when driving my truck. Plus, the military discount is always appreciated!

Ammie Bodiford Awful! We will never use this mechanic again. Dropped our truck off in January and didnt get it back until late March ($2800 Bill). Immediately there was a different issue than what we took it for. Didnt even get home, turned around and took it back and they say they cant find any issue. Went so far as to to clear the check engine light that came on when we left the first time, (diagnosis that a cylinder was miss firing) but they say that there were no issues when they drove it. Picked it up today and same issue (Skipping).

Andy Kane These guys are great! Let me start with I was on vacation and from out of town. My heater core started leaking on my way from Georgia to Florida I brought my truck truck here for repair. I was kept well informed and was told the part was hard to get. They ordered the part from Dallas and ordered it overnight. The part did not come in on time and was called to inform me. They said they could bypass my heater core just to get me home. I said great do it and thank you. I picked my truck up and went back to my rental property. Three days later I noticed my truck running hot, added coolant and noticed leak near water pump. Brought it back to these guys and although I could tell they were very busy said they would look at it. Less than an hour later they said my water pump was leaking. Unfortunately they could not get one to fix it. Said it was a dealer only repair, said they would top off my coolant so I could make it to dealer. I offered to pay them for their time and they refused. If I ever need an auto repair in Crawfordville ever again I won’t go anywhere else.

Corey lees I believe in have a loose heat shield. One of those things that only rattles when the temps are perfect. Naturally, they couldnt reproduce it at the time or find it. Not unusual. They refused to take any payment.

Meredith Destifino My daughter got in a small accident and ended up locking her keys in her car while in Panama City Kevin came out and unlocked her door but with an older vehicle the door ended up breaking and not opening so he made sure to get the parts to fix the problem and even met her back in Tallahassee!!! Phoenix Dragon Eli worked on my senior mothers car. My mom raved about how nice he was and he explained everything to her and even showed her what the problem was. Originally we thought it was a fuel injector as that’s what the auto part store said the code was when he tested it. As Eli started working on the car he quickly noticed that it was just chewed wires from either mice or squirrels. He was able to fix it quickly and get mom back out on the road. I highly recommend him to anyone and will be saving his number in case we ever need a mechanic again.

J Ring If I could, I would have given this business no stars. Jims Mobile Repair was working on our sailboat in Carrabelle, FL in April and May of 2016. When his bill arrived, I questioned some of the charges in a polite letter to him and paid a portion of the bill. His letter of reply was unprofessional to put it lightly. A week later, at the marina, he confronted my partner, Tim and told him in a threatening manner that I better come over and see him face to face. I did not go over to talk with him. Now, he is spreading rumors through out the boating community. He is over priced and is not accountable for his work.

Tyson Folsom I took in my truck to get it serviced, and the front end aligned since I had an upper A arm replaced. I was told that before they would align my front end, I had to pay $900 for additional front-end work. I asked if they could just do their best without doing all the additional work. I was told no, they would not. And their guy "eyeballed it," and it was close enough without the additional work. I am sure that there was a good reason, but those were the facts of the interaction. Take them as you will.

I had been to Firestone, who told me I had a nail and it couldn’t be patched or plugged, only replaced…for hundreds $$$$! The “nail” was just a rock between the threads - no puncture found, with their thorough examination of removing and testing that and all four tires and filling with air. The cost? $0!!! Thank you for being a blessing and for the peace of mind for my long trip the next day!
