Nicole Massey Very nice hospital run by a wonderful staff! Its honestly the most lovely and clean hospital Ive ever been in. Seriously not a single carpet stain or flickering overhead light. The bathrooms were impeccable and fully stocked. They also have the latest technology. Every person I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable. I was given clear communication about every step of every procedure without having to ask! I must say that I was dreading seeing what kind of hospital it was since its the only one in the upper keys. I feel lucky to have this hospital in my community.

Cheryl Miller When we arrived to Key West I was already a few days into a cold/sinus infection and for whatever reason I spent the first night throwing up. I literally spent nearly the first 2 days of our 7 day trip in bed. I knew I was pretty dehydrated. I did some research to see if this type of service was available because if it wasn’t it would’ve been a trip to the ER. Paul was incredibly kind every step of the way. I was already starting to feel better by the time he left. Our vacation would’ve been a completely different one if I had not called them. I HIGHLY recommend them. I am new to Key West, and from the start, Dr. Sawyer made us feel welcome, heard, and comfortable with our surroundings. There was never a doubt in my mind that our medical concerns were being addressed in the most professional manner. It sounds crazy, but I cant wait to get sick again, just so that I can go back and see Dr. Sawyer!!!!

Len Ivanoski Nikki is currently doing my tattoo removal. I’ve done 5 sessions with her. She is professional, cordial and extremely friendly. Anyone who desires tattoo removal MUST understand this is a lengthy process. Nikki explains all that as well. Results will come, you just have to be patient!

Edward Priolo Dr. Larari did hernia surgery on me a year and a half ago. He did it really half-assed. After the surgery I told him something wasnt right. He told me that in 3 months I would be running jumping, swimming and be totally back to normal. I followed up with him 3 months later and he told me that this is normal for me. Now. I cannot bend over. I cannot pick up any weight below my knees. I cant stand for 8 hours. My belly sticks out like Im pregnant. After I eat I can watch the food move through my intestines just under my skin. Its like an alien living in my abdomen.Theres no muscle where he did the patch. I suffer everyday and they said theres nothing they can do for me now that the surgery is over. This is not normal. Please avoid that doctor at all costs. He did the bare minimum and after taking to other doctors Ive been assured it was done incorrectly and another surgeon could have done it correct. I wish I had gone anywhere else

alice weingarten I love this two-man team Dr Jackson and Jesus are just amazing they do for just two people and no other office staff, they are always pleasant and very helpful. Dr Jackson spends all the time you need and answers all your questions. There is never an issue in this office.

Thomas Rompella Jr. The best primary care Doctor I have had. He is direct, yet friendly, which is a great combo for me. They make you feel like you are part of the family.

lindsay rabito leonard I feel so privileged to have met with Dr. Orlando Lopez-Roman. He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met; caring, takes as much time as necessary and makes you feel that your concerns are important to him. I had unresolved issues for a long time and was beginning to feel hopeless about them, but I left his office feeling everything was going to be ok. We are so lucky to have him in our area. If I could give him more stars, they would be 100.

J W It took a long time to get an appt but the entire team was worth the wait. They asked questions Id never been asked and it really made me think and pay more attention to the timing of symptoms. His assistants are wonderful and I feel very comfortable having him as my new doctor.

rafael charres Saw Dr. Schnapp and Julie today. I had a wonderful experience. They took the time to review the MRI and X-ray and ultimately the prognosis. They created a detailed plan for me to get my life back. Would absolutely recommend them 10 times over, every day of the week and twice on Sundays. We are so lucky to have Dr. Schnapp in Key West.

She listened to my concerns and assured me that with time and the appropriate care my condition was manageable. I highly recommend Neuroscience Associates INC for superlative treatment. Gary Gomer Dr. Fariss is one of those doctors you rarely see anymore. I had a Lithotripsy procedure done and was one of the few patients that got muscle spasms from the actual machine, which is very painful. When I first reached out to Dr. Fariss due to the pain, of course it was well after business hours and Dr. Fariss returned my call within minutes. He provided some very helpful ways to get through the pain, and then he called back after a few hours to make sure I was OK. That almost never happens now a days. He also called the next morning to make sure I was OK. Then on a Saturday night at 10:30pm I started to have pain again and called him, he called me right back again within minutes and had me try a few things which completely stopped the pain. Then he called back at 11:30pm to make sure I was good. Then on Sunday morning he called me to see if I was still OK, which I was fine at that point and he asked me if I wanted to come into the office today (on a Sunday) and he would remove the Stent (previously scheduled for Wednesday) so it would relieve my discomfort, which I jumped at the chance. It took days off my recovery. I know there are a lot of details in this review but only because Dr. Fariss went above and beyond so many times that most doctors would never do. I dont normally write reviews but Dr. Fariss is just such an amazing Doctor and Person who REALLY cares about his patients. For most people this procedure is a pretty quick recovery with very little pain but it is good to know that Dr. Fariss will be there for you should you have any unusual discomfort or Pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

He helped me through my first major medical disease and was able to quickly pinpoint the problem, do all the appropriate testing, and give us expert guidance on our options. Marissa Ramirez Ive been going to this pediatrician for 7 years and 2 kids later. Recently the visits have been with the nurses more frequently then the doctor which is fine. Angela pritts is very knowledgeable she gets down to the bottom of the problem very quickly. She is able to diagnose my son quickly and even helped me clean my sons belly button when he had lint and it was in a area that was hard to get to considering he has an outie. Laura is also great she has many solutions. The staff is very nice and usually very accommodating with a busy schedule.

Irina Egorova Best doctor ever!! My entire pregnancy was so smooth and happy because of doctor Peterson and his staff! The most professional, able and caring doctor Ive been to. He takes his time to explain everything and actually listens to your concerns. I trust him completely for all my obgyn needs. The office personnel are very helpful and easy to talk to. The nurse are the best, she knows their patients very well. I only have good things to say about him and his practice! Plus he is an amazing human being with a huge heart!!!

He is always very thorough and checks you from Head to toe spending time with each patient according to their Treatment plan.. Doctor Covington has always made me feel very comfortable!!

Crystal Klaproth Andrea and Sophia in L&D and postpartum were amazing! Andrea rushed to get me all checked in ASAP so she could get my epidural going as quickly as possible since my labor was advancing rapidly. She was very knowledgeable and kind and relaxed. Sophia helped us in postpartum recovery and was very kind as well and informative. All the nursing staff gave me confidence in our care while also giving us time to rest. Jamie Hoeffer I just had a tubal removal this morning, and I had an amazing experience. Dr. Webb, anesthesia, and all the nursing staff were wonderful and really put me at ease. I was very nervous leading up to the surgery, and they helped reassure me and made me feel comfortable. It was a pleasant experience, and I am so grateful! Thank you! Some of the Nurses assisting me were Susanna and Candy, among others, who I unfortunately did not get names but I appreciate all of you!

Madisson Gouveia As other reviews mention, the stuff at LKMC ER are absolutely fantastic. I went in feeling awful, in so much pain. They helped me quickly and gave me the best care to get to back on my feet. Finding yourself in the ER is never pleasant, but they made it so comfortable for me. I don’t remember my triage nurse’s name who gave me a warm blanket and a quick check in, but I appreciate her. I also don’t remember my two sweet nurses names, but they were wonderful. I only remember Dr Caleb’s name who was professional, efficient, straight forward and kind. They all were. I am very appreciative!

Barb Holman The waiting room and ER were VERY COLD!!! I had to ask for two heated blankets. The ER was very busy, so the wait was 5 hours or more. The PA I saw was very nice, professional and explained things very well. The young woman that did my ultrasound was very nice and personable. The ems trainees, wrapped my leg backwards, it should’ve been distal to proximal, but it wasn’t, it was the opposite. I changed the direction when I got home. It should be pointed out to the two male EMS trainees. Thank you.

Sylvia manning Horrible emergency room. 1 doctor and not even a nurse practitioner. Waited 4.50 hours and never seen. A man that came in after me with chest pains waited three hours before he finally complained and they took him. A Latino lady with a little boy with a high fever came in right after me and was still waiting when I finally walked out. Three other patients left while I was there because they were waiting forever ,The only good thing of the whole place was the nice older woman that sat at the desk. I seriously feel bad for the people of this area , I sure wouldnt want this to be my only choice for matters life threatening. Ive worked in the medical field most of my life and never saw an emergency room more pathetic. Sad , sad situation

The front desk taking care of my husband , the nurses taking immediate care of me & the Dr was one of the best. Marathon is definitely is the best of hands there!
