3 /5 Allie Sapp: I like the professionalism and the speed of service. I ordered a large combo meal. The drink was large, but the portion of fries was not. I did not enjoy the flaky fries. I prefer cut fries or steak fries. Even crinkled fries work. These tasted cheap. The burger also tasted cheap. You can tell that there was no seasoning mixed in and that this was not fresh meat. You just sprinkled salt and pepper on top. There is difference between a burger from Checkers or Sonics versus 5 Guys or a non-franchised burger joint. It was definitely just a frozen patty. The menu had a lot of variety on it. So I will definitely try some other items. Consider changing from patties to actual ground beef that you season and used to make smash burgers. I already feel sick from all of the filler in that burger. Try the burger at Cottage cafe and use that to improve yours. No shade. Just honesty. Got a double. I ate half and could not continue.

1 /5 Cheyanna Barron: Don’t waste your time coming here just paid way to much for what tasted like a soy patty burger and some nasty fries. Also waited like 20 minutes on the food! This place used to be good but it isn’t anymore.

2 /5 Alicia McNicholas-Boyer: Used to love this place, we would stop by every trip (there and back) for years, but they have changed the menu and the recipes and portions don’t seem the same either. For instance, they no longer offer items like gator nuggets or frog legs by themselves - they are only in a basket with fries and a very tiny side of coleslaw and they give less gator nuggets than they used to. The Mac and cheese used to be an all time fave, but they seem to have changed that recipe because it was so watery and not super cheesy like it used to be. We skipped stopping here on the way home after a complete disappointment on the way up.

1 /5 Audrey Lynn: Previously a fan of their PB shake. Ordered and paid for a $6 shake of 32oz. Asked for a PEANUTBUTTER half vanilla chocolate base. Tasted like straight chocolate with extra ice. Disgusting and Over priced for a premium shake that I ordered and didnt get. I waited for 15mins. Your pickup lane isnt advertised well the changes. Pulled up and employee had back to windows then noticed pickup so drove around. Frequent customer yearly for 10y and was 15mins down the road before i found i had been switched. . I live hours away and had oral surgery last week been on a soft food liquid diet. Was looking forward to and very disappointed
