2 /5 Jacquelyn Johnson: I recommended this place to friends who were celebrating a birthday, and unfortunately it ended up being a huge disappointment. They went on Napkin War Sundays, and honestly, there would not have been napkins all over the floor if the staff hadn’t started passing out free boxes. The service was the biggest issue. A manager ended up taking their table and was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined their experience. I had originally told them to request my favorite server, only to be told she no longer works there, which was very disappointing since she was one of the main reasons I used to enjoy coming here. The food was good, but the hookah was just okay and could definitely be better—especially for a place that calls itself a hookah lounge. For a place I once recommended to everyone, the way the service was handled, especially by management, makes this somewhere I would not recommend again.

5 /5 Miss J: This was my first time coming here. I’ve heard about this lounge from one of my coworkers and let me tell you I’m glad I went. Amazing service from the time I walked in to the time I left! I want to give a special shout out to Rose’ she was an amazing host and server. She is the true definition of what hospitality is all about and I can definitely tell she loves what she does! She found out my birthday just passed and gave my friend and I a round of shots and her and her team all wish me a happy birthday. The drinks, food, and hookah were great too along with great music. Overall it was a vibe! I will return! Have Rose’ take care of you if anyone decides to go she won’t disappoint!!
