5 /5 Stephanie Wildey: Perfect little lunch spot. There’s a couple of little seats by the windows and seating at the counter not for big parties . Took my son for a lunch date. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Also ordered the strawberry matcha so good! This will be our new little spot for take out or a quick dine in meal.

When I say we stayed amazed with how good the food was I ain’t even lying. Not even in Texas do I get food and service this good. Thank you little Santouka for making my dining experience and great one.

5 /5 Brett Birdsall: The food is amazing. The service is even better. The owner, DD, is a great down to earth dude who provides exceptional service while remaining extremely personable. The sushi is great but I’ve been looking for a really good chicken teriyaki with vegetables and rice. Most of our local places serve a very bland, dry chicken with much to be desired. Little Santouka’s chicken is so full of flavor and soft accompanied by a great medley of vegetables with fried rice. 10/10 recommend.
