1 /5 Zaire Alvin: I ordered a large caramel frappe, and which I do this every day for McDonald’s but normally I go to the one in Fleming Island, which I always have great service from by the way, particularly the last two days I have been going to the McDonald’s and Green Cove Springs and which I received this caramel frappe This is all the caramel drizzle that they give you when I asked her if I could have a little bit more caramel than what was on there because I’ve never received a caramel frappe that had this little caramel. The lady told me that that’s all the caramel I get unless I was going to pay extra And proceeded to shut the window. The lady was very nasty very rude. She was the same lady that was on the Mic She has no mannerism and is the manager. I will not be spending my money at McDonald’s in Green Cove Springs ever again. I never leave Google reviews, but today with the distasteful attitude, this young lady exhibited as a manager the face of the store. I was very disgusted. In case a general manager decides to review this this was the morning Of October 29, 2025 and my order ticket says 10:32 AM. She was the one making the frappe’s by the way. This young lady has a very miserable persona and it is not good to have someone working in customer service who is discussing to the clients. I am a currently disabled veteran who has served this country, and I deserve to be respected as well as anybody else who comes through the drive-through you have no idea who you are entertaining. The Bible speaks about being conscious of how you entertain because you may be entertaining Angels unaware and although I am not an angel, I am someone who deserves to be respected and so is everyone else this is not just about the caramel drizzle that was placed on my frappe this is about the way. A young lady spoke to a customer Who keeps McDonald’s in service and I am 100% sure that I am not the only one who has received this despicable mannerism from this young lady her attitude was completely disgusting. She had no regard for her mannerism and blatantly Showed that. I hope that someone who is able to do something about it, reads this message and understands the importance of customer service.
