5 /5 Samia Pendleton: Love this place! It has such a good vibe! The tea bar so so unique and so good. I had a hot earl grey lavender and got my daughter a matcha. The seating is great! And the shops On both ends are lovely! The Cire Trudon candle is to die for. I wish they had reservations for the restaurant.

I visited with my mom, my sister, and my best friend, and it ended up being one of those memorable, slow, perfect afternoons you wish you could bottle. The space itself is stunning. The bookstore is beautifully curated and feels intentional rather than overwhelming, the shop is full of pieces you actually want to linger over, and the champagne bar adds such an elevated but welcoming touch. It manages to feel grand and intimate at the same time. We sat down for lunch and the dining experience was fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere is bright, calm, and elegant without feeling stuffy. Service was attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Our waiter struck the perfect balance of being present without hovering, and every interaction felt easy and kind. The food absolutely delivered. I ordered the Caesar salad with the fried chicken and I cannot recommend it enough. The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, the salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the portion was generous without being heavy. It was one of those dishes that sounds simple but is executed so well that you keep thinking about it afterward. Oxford Exchange feels like more than just a restaurant or a bookstore. It is an experience. A place to gather, talk, browse, eat well, and feel inspired. Whether you are bringing out-of-town guests or just want a special afternoon with people you love, it is always a wonderful choice and one I would happily return to again and again.

Entering through the bookstore and candle shop immediately sets the tone beautiful, inviting, and full of charm. It feels like you’ve stepped into something truly special. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful: elegant yet comfortable, lively but peaceful. Our waitress was awesome attentive, warm, and made the entire experience even better. And the cappuccino? So good. Perfectly made and honestly one of the highlights of brunch. I also love the decor inside and how you get to write a note in the book after you have your meal. It’s very unique and it was our anniversary brunch so it really made it special. Oxford Exchange is one of those unforgettable places that stays with you long after you leave. I cannot wait to return the next time I’m in Tampa. A must-visit if you appreciate great ambiance, excellent service, and an all-around memorable experience.

From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by a beautiful, classic style interior that feels warm and inviting, especially with the charming Christmas décor throughout. Everything is spotless and very well maintained, which immediately stands out. The coffee is excellent rich, smooth, and clearly made with care and the food is just as impressive, fresh and delicious across the board. The bookstore is a real gem, offering a great selection of books that makes you want to linger and explore. On top of all that, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service is impressively quick without ever feeling rushed. It’s the perfect combination of bookstore, café, and restaurant an absolutely wonderful place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!

They went out of their way to make room for our larger party, which we truly appreciated. Our server was friendly, pleasant, and genuinely kind, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The ambience is absolutely beautiful: elegant yet welcoming; and it felt very family-friendly while still being special. Oxford Exchange is the perfect place to gather, especially during the holiday season. This visit reinforced why it’s such a great tradition for us, and we will certainly be returning. Highly recommend for both the service and the atmosphere.
