5 /5 Cynthia Edmonds: Not our first visit to this fabulous, half-hidden lunch place in charming downtown Fernandina. We love how this place has a private courtyard away from the street.
Order lunch at the counter and grab your drinks and a table outdoors. Theyll bring your food to your table.
Once again, we got some of their fabulous BBQ. It never disappoints. This visit, we ordered The Max, which is a pulled pork and pimento cheese on whole wheat bread, served with pickles and a bag of chips. We also ordered the Smoked Pulled Turkey, which is served on a soft roll with a side of pickles and a bag of chips. We also ordered a side of coleslaw and two Ice Teas for a filling and tasty lunch.
Ive had my eye on their BLT and might try it one of these times, but their BBQ is so good. All come with a choice of Sweet or Spicy BBQ Sauce or Mustard BBQ Sauce.
The whole menu looks great and weve enjoyed their house-made cookies on another visit.
Lunch only. Highly recommend.
