5 /5 Jason Butler: First of all, it’s not fair to put the Water Works Meatloaf in the same category as the meatloafs that come to mind when you think of meatloafs at home. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. It was simply incredible. First time my son and I had ever tried oysters and we’re hooked! The muffins were just the right combo of sweet and heat. Those that ordered the seafood risotto raved about it. One of them said that it was the best meals she’d ever had. Mac & Cheese had a generous portion of spare ribs. Great value for the quality of food they serve. We will be going there every time we visit Tampa. Free valet when you dine which is an added bonus.

While the food was excellent, the highlight of our visit was our waitress, Bre. Bre is truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and a fantastic listener. She took the time to understand our preferences and made thoughtful, spot-on recommendations tailored perfectly to our needs. Her knowledge of the menu, from entrées to desserts, was impressive, and her intuition and care elevated our entire dining experience. 5 /5 Victoria Musselwhite: Absolutely delicious! The service was amazing and the kitchen runs like a well oiled machine. We got the gator tails ,native loaded chili, stone crab, charbroiled oysters, and the gouda grouper. Each item was superb and I highly recommend everything. Definitely a must go. We did not have a reservation and sat right at the oyster bar, which is first come first served. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Also, the statues all around outside are super cool and worth a look.
