4 /5 Carla Edwards: We have been there a couple of times. The first time we went was when they were doing line dancing. And the atmosphere looks like it was very lively and fun. But there were no open tables so we left. The second time we went there, it was a strange time of day, and there was no one there, including no one that worked there. So we had to wait a while for someone to come out and wait on us. Which was fine. I ordered brisket lean. And I got a tiny bowl of brisket that was mostly burnt or fat. It was disgusting. And they charged $15 for that tiny bowl of brisket. All of the sides are extra or à la cart. The chicken on the bone was ok. The grits and the corn were very good. The beans were OK.. We will never be back unless it’s for line dancing, And we would not recommend to friends or relatives.

3 /5 Chase Cooper: Atmosphere was great, the food was alright. The brisket probably would have been good if it was not overcooked. The pulled pork was pretty good and the sauce had a lot of flavor. They sides were bland. Its good for Panama City, but it wouldnt fly in Texas.

5 /5 Brian Bright: Came for lunch, was not disappointed! Service was friendly, portions were generous (you can easily split a single side between two people), and the BBQ was excellent. We had the sausage link, pulled pork, and brisket, and the owner gave us a small sample of brisket style smoked pork belly. Easily the best brisket Ive had east of Austin. We got the spoon bread, jalapeño slaw and pickles/onions as sides. Dont miss the pickles and onions! The pickles are sweet with a little bit of heat and the onions are pickled too, theyre great. Overall very happy, and we will definitely be back!

5 /5 Kristen Barr: I recently dined at Yard Bar during their soft opening, and it featured the best brisket and ribs Ive ever had! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the chicken, pulled pork & sausage were fantastic too. The BBQ sauces were delicious, and the coleslaw, corn and beans were excellent sides. The drink selection, especially the champagne, was impressive—nothing cheap here! The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it perfect for families; my kids loved it! We also picked up some merchandise, including a hat and shirt for my husband. Overall, I can’t recommend Yard Bar enough! I’m already dreaming about that brisket and can’t wait to return!

5 /5 Nicky Holt: What a great addition to Downtown Panama City! Yard Meats boasts a rustic and welcoming ambience with super friendly staff and GREAT food. Seat yourself, and walk up to the counter to order. This eatery is in a great location, just walking distance from Harrison Ave and ample parking nearby! Today, I ordered the brisket burger and jalapeno cheddar sausage link to go and was not disappointed. The burger was cooked to perfection, not dry at all and incredibly tasty and the sausage was excellent too! Ill definitely be back to try the ribs as they were not on the menu today! Most of all I found the staff to be super happy and friendly. There are also some snacks and small gifts for purchase! Pay them a visit you will not be disappointed!
