John Q I had a trailer hitch installed on my Chevy Equinox. This shop is very busy but runs like a well oiled machine. It is super clean. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. They took my vehicle at the scheduled time, returned it to me in within the time quoted and the price was reasonable. Karr Auto is the place to go!

Rayne Straightforward and Honest Took my vehicle, Titanium, into Karr Automotive. After a full inspection, they told me straight—he was rusted out and not worth putting money into. I appreciated the honesty and the no-pressure approach. On top of that, they were reasonable and made the process of getting rid of the car simple and smooth. If you want real feedback and a team that respects your time and wallet, this is the place.

Nadia Shaban The best shop for European cars in the area. The service is excellent, the team is very professional and honest. Milko, the owner, has a lot of experience and you can tell he’s committed to every customer. They explained everything clearly and fixed my car quickly. The shop is also very clean and organized, which gives you a lot of confidence. 100% recommended — I would definitely come back.

David Calleja Truthfully, I am disappointed and stressed out. I just put over $2100 into repairs for my car AC and in two weeks it was not working again. I bring it back in and you tell me the leak is in the rear evaporator and it will cost me over $1000 to fix. I am thinking that that was the original problem and I did not have to relace the condenser and everything else in the front to fix the leak. Before that I had the head gaskets changed and during that repair you told me something else was broke and that increased the price over $1000. When you fixed that I had to bring it back because it was leaking oil on the engine. You did fix that since it was under warranty for your shop. I now have a car that I put over $2100 into repair of the AC which does not work and the temps outside are brutal feeling like 100 degrees. I have no AC and no money because I am still paying on the loan I took to pay you for the first AC repair. I think if you guys want to make it right you should charge me for the rear evaporator and do the labor for free. If you cannot do that at least order me the part that is needed and I will have someone else do the work.

Lexi Mueller We are very pleased with this company. We have tried a few other auto shops for our work vehicles, and so far, this place has been able to pinpoint what others were not. The vehicles are running great, and we take all our vehicles to them now.

Zachary Erb Rick and his family are among the best if not the best. They are kind hearted people and really care about their work. They take good care of my 1989 Chevy C1500. They are great with any car from any country. They are fairly priced for the work and love that goes into the car they are working on. Robert Grabel Wow, was I thrilled to find this place! I am the recent proud owner of a 1967 Sunbeam Alpine. I love this car but I am not much for the mechanical side of things. I can now take comfort in the fact that I have Rick Hunt and his team to help me take care of the important stuff. They take great pride in their work, are reasonably priced and couldnt have done a better job. I highly, highly recommend Hunt if youve got a classic or just want to have 100% confidence for any car.

Colton Fanning I just had my 2020 f150 in to fix an alignment issue from a leveling kit and alignment a previous shop handled and did not do well with… the Guys at Apex were spot on with my truck!! This thing handles and steers better than a brand new factory truck, all while the steering wheel is straight regardless of the road crown! Joe was very informative on their capabilities and process with aligning modified suspension vehicles! I also had both front rotors and pads replaced on the truck, brakes hard and smooth with zero vibration! The anti-sieze on the caliper slides was also applied correctly and visibly (something I really appreciate). All in all, my truck drives great, super happy with the service I received!

Jennifer hamel Unfortunately after spending 7,000 on my fiances 2005 ford 250 truck , its worse than when we took it here. The truck is just sitting un drivable. The shops mechanics totally messed this up.i guess from what we were told a kid was fired or walked out while working on the truck to begin with. Another mechanic there told us that it was full of oil and not cleaned. The turbo wasnt put back right. Wires left unplugged, wires cut. Not sure why somone would sabotage it. The truck bucked as soon as we took it home , was told to keep running it . Lou was great with allowing is to pay over time, but not good with fixing it or knowing himself what to do with the deisil truck. Made a huge mistake taking it there

Hale Law Services I was referred to RNS Auto from another, very reputable shop in Fort Myers. Rich is honest, helpful, and even has a great sense of humor. His prices are fair and his shop is still family owned, which is a good thing. (Some local shops have been sold to larger companies). Finding a mechanic you can trust is worth its weight in gold. When Rich tells you something about your car, you know its the truth. Rich has my business and I will send others to him. As I told him today--Rich is number 1 !

Bill Schaefer Great facility for routine auto maintenance! Their prices are very competitive. They are efficient and conscientious and perform numerous checks on the vehicle but do not push to do things that arent necessary at the time. I appreciate that the most. Mellott Alexus “Taz” Absolutely love Apex Tire & Auto (Formerly JSN Auto) off Daniels Parkway!!! I was there recently for an oil change, inspection, and battery replacement. They were incredibly accommodating with my schedule, and their service was not only quick but also very affordable!! Travis at the front desk is the best—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free & a shoutout to my technicians, Mario & Nathan, they clearly knew what they were doing and took great care of my vehicle. I really appreciated how the inspection process had photos of the parts and areas they were reviewing. It gave me a lot of confidence and transparency for the services I was paying for. This is hands down my favorite garage, and I will always support them!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and friendly auto service!!

Stopped in today after a short phone call, Scott helped me out with a tire issue and recommended a local tire place a block away. Jenneva Hill Luckily we called superior auto care when experiencing concerning car sounds on the highway while traveling. Scott the manager said he would get us in and take a look to see what’s going on. Everyone was very kind to us and we were all set to go on our way for safe travels within 30mins. Very grateful for his service on my car, Ive had oil change, water pump, and radiator changed out, he does it all. My car drives better than it ever has, I feel he is very reasonable in price. Brian Hook My experience with J.A.E. Automotive has been positive each time Ive brought my corvette in for service. Each time Im greeted with a friendly smile. Considering my vette is 18 years old, its going to need something done, as it ages, and I know I can trust bringing it here. They can quickly find and resolve my cars issue and I can be back out on the road with the car I love to drive.

Charles Paradise Kurt and Joey are always there for us should we need our autos worked on. They do whats necessary and never push extra stuff to make a quick buck that isnt needed. One of the few I trust in Florida to do right by me.

Britnee Jeffries-Marshall Im new to Fort Myers so I was unsure about where to take my car for new brakes & rotors, but Im glad I chose OEM. Emilio is beyond awesome! He was not only the fairest price in the area- BY FAR - but he is also a breeze to work with! I could tell right away that he was a genuine person which is a big reason why I did choose to take my car there (because lets be honest, cheaper isnt always better), but after working with him I can truly say that hes a very transparent & honest mechanic as well- which is rare these days. Hes one mechanic that you CAN trust(even being a pretty woman). I would absolutely recommend going to OEM for your repairs! I know i will be from now on. Thanks Emilio!

joseph yazvac My experience with OEM was excellent in every way! I dont ordinarily write a lot of reviews, but in the case of OEM I absolutely had to write in because Emilio did such a great job and went above and beyond for me. I needed a new water pump for my Charger, did some research on shops around me and came across the reviews for OEM, and Im happy I did. Emilio got back to me within minutes of me contacting the shop, the price he offered was excellent, and he kept me updated as he did the work, even sending a video of the new pump as compared to the old. So friendly and again just a wonderful and professional experience from start to finish. Im VERY glad I found this shop and will be going to them in the future

Shawn Cauley What a great experience from start to finish. If you drive a late model BMW or in my case Mercedes and you’re not taking your car to Better Cars Service Center you’re making a mistake. Dennis is an outlier in the auto shop industry. Fair, honest and a MAN of his word. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks again Dennis for getting the old CLK430 back in business. Shoe Laces Its a great comfort to have an honest and reliable mechanic. Ive taken my truck here a couple times recently, and both times i drove off the lot with a smile. Both Joel and Tom provided me with honest quotes, and kept in touch with me throughout the day while the mechanic was working on my truck. They took detailed notes about the issues I was having, with pictures, and provided an great explanation of what i needed to get back on the road. Both times I was there, they were able to get my truck fixed quickly at a good price.
