1 /5 Brandy D: UPDATE: Be very cautious bringing your vehicle here.
I’ve now brought two of my trucks to their new location and was disappointed both times.
First, I dropped off my 2021 F250 due to steering issues—it was pulling hard to one side. I was told the whole front end needed to be rebuilt. They had the truck for two weeks. Within two days of getting it back, the steering wheel was crooked, the check engine light returned, and I had to bring it back. That second visit lasted another week and a half. When I finally stopped in for an update, I was told “Lou was supposed to call you”—but I never heard from him.
Meanwhile, I brought in my second truck for tires and an oil change before a road trip. They said it would be ready Friday. When I came to drop it off and pick up the Ford, the interior reeked. I asked the front desk, and she laughed while showing me a video of a dead rat that had gotten smashed in my door. Again, “Lou was supposed to clean it.” Again, no call.
I had to scrub the smell out myself before driving 2 hours. On top of that, the original issue with the F250 wasn’t resolved—it still shakes, and the steering wheel remains off-center.
They also charge a credit card service fee without notice. On a $6,000 invoice, I was hit with a $200 fee. That should’ve been clearly communicated.
Every step of this process was slow, frustrating, and full of dropped communication. Lou never returns calls, and I had to repeatedly show up in person just to get updates. When I finally called again, I was told my truck had “been done for days.”
Bottom line: the service is unreliable, communication is poor, and quality control is lacking. Take your vehicle elsewhere unless you want more problems than you started with.
2021: They care about their customers and they don’t try to take your money. Littler slower than expected but issues were corrected.
