He was not only the fairest price in the area- BY FAR - but he is also a breeze to work with! I could tell right away that he was a genuine person which is a big reason why I did choose to take my car there (because lets be honest, cheaper isnt always better), but after working with him I can truly say that hes a very transparent & honest mechanic as well- which is rare these days. Hes one mechanic that you CAN trust(even being a pretty woman). I would absolutely recommend going to OEM for your repairs! I know i will be from now on. Thanks Emilio!

I dont ordinarily write a lot of reviews, but in the case of OEM I absolutely had to write in because Emilio did such a great job and went above and beyond for me. I needed a new water pump for my Charger, did some research on shops around me and came across the reviews for OEM, and Im happy I did. Emilio got back to me within minutes of me contacting the shop, the price he offered was excellent, and he kept me updated as he did the work, even sending a video of the new pump as compared to the old. So friendly and again just a wonderful and professional experience from start to finish. Im VERY glad I found this shop and will be going to them in the future

5 /5 Antonio Nuñez Alvarez: Emilio was great. The battery on my car started to die and I needed to replace it right away. I searched for a mechanic on google and after seeing the reviews I decided to drive by and see if he could help me out. He ordered a new battery for me and replace it on the spot. He also was kind enough to give me a contact for body repairs as I needed to fix my car. His contact gave me a great deal when I told him he recommended me.

I honestly never thought a professional company would treat customers the same way I was treated when I spoke to one of R&R owner’s. This gentleman, completely rude and impulsive, yelled at me saying hes not a Magician, acting completely aggressive and intimidating. Completely scary, and for a moment I thought I would be attacked…. COMPLETELY TERRIFYING. I took my car to their Shop to reaper the steering wheel system. they diagnosed my car and replaced alternator, spark plugs, belts and a bunch other parts but my car still have the same problems. R&R owner did exactly what I mentioned in first paragraph when I ran back to their office to ask them about the misdiagnose the gave to me, he said they will not solve my problems or give me any refund, slammed the door and ran away form the shop. I paid 1700$ and my car still NOT properly fixed. R&R is a Completely unprofessional and R&R owner is RUDE and out of mind.
