    Laura Zaim: My car broke down on a Sunday while visiting from out of town. I had the car towed to their shop and headed home to Miami. The Main Street team called me during the week to keep me updated on progress and arranged for me to be able to pick up the following Sunday, without any extra charges for leaving my car for so long. I really appreciate their honesty and flexibility and how accommodating they were, even though we never actually met in person!

    First name last name: I first went to Christian Brothers with a simple initial problem. They told me I needed new tires, shocks and a whole invoice of items including an oil leak. They were not addressing my concern. I had 2 recommendations to go to Sherman’s Auto. He assessed the issue. Sherman did not just address the issue but he also addressed told me to monitor oil but it’s not leaking to the point where it has to be addressed now. Ok the other hand, Christian Brothers wanted to sell me on a fancy dye diagnostic, which by the way did not address the fact my Jeep my shaking. I would highly recommend Sherman’s auto to everyone. He’s trustworthy and very good.

    Abel Natali: I can’t say enough about David, Jason and Orlando at Suncoast Auto Repair. We were in town for a baseball tournament when an unexpected repair was needed. Most shops are closed on the weekend, but upon searching some options, Suncoast Auto came across as one open on the weekend. Saturday morning I had AAA tow my vehicle to their shop. They had no idea I was coming as this was a completely unexpected repair. Even though I showed up unannounced, they assured me they would do everything in their power to get my vehicle repaired before the weekend was out. Not only did they deliver, but they had it repaired the very same day! They even stayed very late so that I picked up the vehicle that same day and watched every game my son played in! I know they knew they absolutely did not have to do that, but I must say I’ve not experienced that sort of customer service from another mechanic. Granted I’ve been lucky to not have this happen previously, but their service proved to me that they care for the customer experience. If I ever find a need for auto care in their area I would not hesitate to utilize their services again! Thank you for the excellent service and getting us back on the road quickly!
