kodi bebdkkzm the shop has had a decaying cat directly in front of it for more than a week. It smells and it drives away customers and it’s pathetic that the team there can’t take 5 minutes out of their day to move it away from the front door. do better?

Dominick Congema I went up there for a reservation for a 10" truck that I booked. When I get there, the clerk tells me that the last customer didnt bring the keys back for the truck (probably bs, they just wanted to keep the truck because someone else must have wanted to rent for longer) so they tell me tough luck. They had a 26" that I saw and I mentioned it and they didnt want to give me that one because they needed it for the next day, but I said Id bring it back same day and they released it but AT THE LARGER MILEAGE RATE so I had to pay.$0.99c/mile instead of $0.79c/mile. I asked for a dolly and they didnt provide me with any dolly either. This isnt a big uhaul, they would have left me stranded had I not took initiative for the larger truck. Good thing that uhaul compensated me for my reservation guarantee. I didnt use the auto shop. Not a good uhaul experience.

Christina Marie Hollis I am so impressed with this place. I never write reviews but these guys are great. My check engine light was on and my car was running very poorly. They hooked it up to the computer and actually showed me exactly what was wrong. I had a misfire in cylinder 3 and while it was hooked up to the computer you could actually see on a graph of what cylinder 3 was doing. They replaced my ignition coil and my spark plugs and my car is running smoothly now. They were very honest and very thorough, explained everything in detail. My wallet was also very pleased. I was expecting to pay double what I did. I’ll absolutely return for all my maintenance and anything else my car needs in the future.

dominic horton Need a reliable machine, someone who’s gonna be honest open and take good care of your vehicle just as you do . Then Juan is your guy. It’s been 2yrs since I meet him and he’s worked on a few projects for me and I must say he know what he’s doing and very good, his focus towards customer is unmatched. I will forever recommend him to anybody for damn near anything revolving around their cars.

Coy Davies Had a problem with my trailer, contacted Jeff and his expertise and experience he and his staff rectified my troubled trailer. His charge was reasonable and I was back on the road. If you need assistance don’t hesitate to contact total truck and trailer repair. Nice guy also.

Josh Avoid this Meineke at all costs. They replaced my starter with a low-quality aftermarket part, then replaced it again with the wrong another wrong type of starter. During installation, they severely damaged my vehicle. A second mechanic was unable to fix the issue due to the extent of the damage and advised I go to a dealership — potentially involving transmission removal. Both the dealership and the mechanic stated and clearly documented that Meineke absolutely butchered the installation and used a cheap, low quality part. Their negligent work resulted in a significant repair cost, and Meineke has refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. They’ve been incredibly unprofessional, and I’ll be pursuing legal action. Also, The other positive reviews appear very suspicious and likely fabricated. Strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Scott Winston Amazing experience at the West Palm Okeechobee location. Made an appointment to have a new exhaust system I bought from a 3rd party installed on my Mustang. Lou did an amazing job on the install, showed me what he was doing, asked if I wanted the old system which was still in great shape, and got me in and out quickly. While there, saw them deal with four other customers in a very courteous and professional manner. Cost of my job was very reasonable and fair. I will be a repeat customer.

john Do not go there. 900 to put a seal on a 4l60e transmission. Im guessing well I know they call others to come do the work there. I offered 550 and was laughed so too speak. I live on ssd and have a disabled 26yr old plus rent. Im not going to get ripped. So I dont have a ride now.

Steve never tried swindling me and told me outright that car was damaged beyond repair and allowed me to use his parking lot for my car until I could figure out what to do with it. They’re 100% honest, they have 100% integrity, and are a hidden flagship in automotive services. These guys are legit.
