2 /5 Kris Puglisi: I have to say that I’ve always thought highly of this company until today. I have Referred lots of people to them as I always thought they were honest and did a great job with my vehicles. Unfortunately, today was different. I brought my car in for an oil change, using a coupon booklet that I had received and have used on other occasions with no issue. When I went to pick up my car, I was then notified That they decided to replace a rear turn signal bulb without letting me know and charging me $60 labor plus the part which was only five bucks. I have the replacement bulb at my house, but I have not gotten around to it. I am well able to replace the lightbulb for my tail light as I’ve done it before.I did not approve that service to be done and was not even told or asked if I would like to have it replaced. In my previous experiences with any other service mechanics, I was always told or called first to be notified of any issues that may have been discovered When looking at my cars. Told a price And then would have to agree to go ahead and do the work. Not do the work without me, knowing and then giving me a bill. Thank God they didn’t find a leaking head gasket and replaced it and surprise me with a $1500 bill when I was just coming in for an oil change. As a business owner myself, that’s not how business is done. Against my better judgment, I did not complain or say anything because I was fuming on the inside. Unfortunately, for a $60 job they just lost thousands in future business from me my wife and any future referrals. Lesson learned I hope.
