Shacoya Miller The owner Justin was supposed to repair my rear view mirror but instead broke my front glass. Very unprofessional and showed no empathy for breaking my glass. He did not apologize. Instead he referred me to a glass company trying to make me pay out of pocket for him breaking my front glass window. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM!

Cindy Josin Justin was very kind, taking time to explain exact problem. Charged me only wholesale for hard to find newer Genesis and then a fair price for labor. Hes very very busy but I watched him juggle everything from customers to parts to employees.

Jeff Wilson Was in the keys for a month and backed into a tree and did some body damage to the bed of my truck. They fixed it in record time so that it didnt hamper my plans here at all. It looks like brand new. The damage was in an area of a body flair and the body work was flawless. Techs did an amazing job with the hammer/dolly as it looks like there is minimal if any filler in the area. Paint/Clearcoat looks amazing and was feathered in without a flaw. Taillight fits back in perfectly and snugley and the supports for it were pretty bent up. Liz was also amazing to work with. Would highly recommend Classic to anyone needing a body shop.

Steven Hall My check engine light was on, he told me to bring my car in, hooked up the diagnostic computer, told me the problem according to the computer said I would be able to drive to Fort Myers just fine. No charge for his diagnostic check. At a time when he could have had me over a barrel, he was more than fair & honest.

Alameda Girl I had a horrible experience at Richards recently. I brought my car in for an oil change and to find out why the check engine light was on. During the course of the oil change the technician broke off the handle of the drivers side door. They tried to replace the handle and it didnt fit. Meanwhile they never told me why I didnt get my car back. I finally went over in person after 4 days and found out what happened. They said the door handles they bought didnt work and Id have to buy another handle myself somewhere. They wouldnt give me my car back unless I paid for the oil change. Meanwhile the check engine light is still on. Dont go to them!

Terapixel 007 Great service on short notice! We came down to key west for a mini vacation and our AC went out. The owner penciled us in, even though he was fully booked and closed on the weekends. This place is spot on and the owner Mike is very professional and courteous. He also suggested great places to grab a bite to eat!! Well done! Priced really well for a short notice mechanical fix!

Beltz Rosanne (BeltzBusters) From out of town. Had trouble with misfire in engine. Talked to Mike, and he diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. Got car back the same day. Honest pricing. Fast, helpful and experienced mechanic. Wouldnt hesitate to go back, and if lived here would be our shop for all cars! ...and the hubby loves the name too! Highly recommend. Would give Oilys 10 stars if we could.

shane farmer Fast, reliable and professional. I highly recommend using the shop over all the others in Key West. This place was recommended by friends for being the best body shop in Key West. I had recent body work done with them and everything was on point. The truck is back to looking new again and everything looks great. Dropped it off late on a Monday and they had it done by the following Tuesday. Rear quarter panel damage and tailgate damage.

Taras Romanchuk I want to take a moment to express my disappointment in this place. This is my second time using their services (first wasnt too bad). I had my vehicle there for a dent repair and when I came back to pick up the vehicle, it was a complete mess. The owner, Tommy, seemed to be a nice guy, but when I pointed out to the dirth and scratches all over the drivers seat, dashboard, steering wheel, door panels and other parts of the vehicle, he said "i cant make it look like a new car, because its not a new car". First of all, its a 2024 vehicle and it came to your service in a perfect clean condition, so I expect to pick it up the same condition. He didnt want to listen, interrupting me all the time saying "if you dont like our services, you don’t have to use us again..." i will certainly not going, Tommy, and do not recommend anyone in the Keys using your services till you improve your customer service. Using cheap plastic to cover vehicle interior is essential, i had to spend another 1.5 hours to clean it up after you. The fuel lid was scratched somehow and he agreed to repaint it... but man, I could do it better not being an owner of a body shop (there are traces of dust on a paint). The dent was fixed 3 out of 5*, so this review gets 2* not 1*. Good luck!

Antares Zn What a great company! We pulled into Stock Island Marina with a blown out raw water pump on our John Deere auxiliary engine. I gave them a call and the service manager John had a tech down to us early the next morning. Celeste had the part in stock so the tech, Bob, returned the following morning to install it in plenty of time for us to make our planned departure. Victoria Daniel I stopped in the front lot to adjust my grandchilds car seat, while adjusting the seat a man appeared and I told him I was only stopping to adjust the seat. He came to within 3 feet of me and told me to move my car, and I told him I would as soon as I fixed the seat. He became very angry and yelled this was not parking for the shop next door. I told him I was not parking. He kept moving closer and yelling for me to move my car off his lot. His behavior was very irrational and menacing, My daughter and Grandchildren became frightened. This behavior is intolerable.

das77auto They bought the engine from us on eBay on Mar 7th, and we shipped it out Mar 10th with the freight carrier. They delivered Mar 31st according to the proof of delivery. After that, they stated that the item was ordered on Feb 7th, and its been too long since to deliver the item, so instead of contacting us, they filed a chargeback with capital one. After I reached them, they asked capital one to cancel the dispute. Today is Apr 17th, and the funds are still disputed with the payment institution. So I will file an IC3 crime report on them if necessary. Beware.

Paul Ciceri I brought my car in for an estimate at the appointed time and was greeted immediately and given an estimate within a few minutes. When I returned the car for the repairs at the appointed time i was met promptly. I was told what to expect. Along the way I received updates and was notified when the car was ready days earlier than expected. The repairs were perfectly done and the car was immaculately clean. Superb experience! Max Hersher Made an apointment first thing in the morning, dude calls at 4pm saying he will show up tomorrow morning. Today is the next day. Said he would be here 10am. Its now 2pm and he sends me a text saying that hes too busy to show up. The truth is its a hot saturday and hes too lazy to work. Dont waste your time with this shop. Fixing my car myself because of this. Had other mechanincs ready to work yesterday and told them not to work because this guy was coming. Now the other mechanics arent available till monday and i need to leave town sunday.

Dave Krohne I normally never write negative reviews, but this is and exception for me. I was in Key West for one week and noticed a rattle from the front end of my 2019 Silverado. Concerned that it may be something serious I took it in to Quality Auto & Diesel repair on 1/3/2025. They were very accommodating and started work and finished by 1/4, in time for me to leave the next day. They found a broken anti-sway bar link and said it also needed camber adjusting bolts in order to do a proper alignment. I picked up the truck right before closing on Saturday. Although it didnt pull, it drove strange, which I attributed to the tires that were worn on the inside edges. The steering wheel would not self-center when finishing a turn, it would not creep at all when in gear with my foot off the brake, and it didnt seem to coast very far, quickly stopping when I took my foot off the brake. By the time I got to Stuart FL, the outside edges of the front tires had worn down to the cords. I got it into the Chevy dealer in Stuart and they found that caster and camber were perfect, but the toe-in was set to +1.24 degrees on the left and +1.20 on the right, for a total of +2.44 degrees. Ideal spec is a total of 0.10 degrees total with an allowable range of -0.10 to +0.30. I cant believe that their equipment could be that bad to allow them set my toe in 2,440% greater than ideal, (813% greater than the allowable high value). My guess is that the technician simply forgot to set toe, but that is an assumption. I have tried to call, email, and text multiple times and the owner is never available, requests for call back are not honored, and there have been no responses to texts or emails. (I did email the before and after printout from the Chevy dealer. Since I am hundreds of miles away it is not possible to return in person. I would stay away from this shop if you want anything close to an accurate alignment or any customer service.

Rod the Boss Terrible experience here, dropped car off, was told 2 days, took 8 days… I called every day and they told me tomorrow, every time. Until 8 days passed. Car sat in 1 spot for most of the time as I live close by and checked on it. I called one day and they told me they were on vacation.. why did you let me drop my car off then.. Called another time, the lady on the phone said they were replacing the brakes today, had no issue with my brakes, I assumed it was a miscommunication. Overall, customer service F Quality of work F Price F Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
