Pat Fogel As always, Empire Auto is great! Went in for an oil change, to have hood prop-up rod replaced or repaired, have non-spraying washer fluid problem fixed, and to have tail light replaced that was out. Empire addressed everything needed in a timely fashion while I waited. In addition, they let me know that my wiper blades were worn out, so I had them replaced as well. Come here if you want things fixed and done right at an affordable price. Thank you to Doug for great customer service at the front desk! See you next time.

Pongpan Lunsimma Just had a great experience for wheel alignment, balance and rotation at T&L Auto Repair! The service was fast and friendly, and they really know what they’re doing. The waiting room was super clean and comfy, plus they had free coffee such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you need any car work done.

Shantae D Update: I didn’t have to pay the extra fee, since I was there until closing. As far as the alignment, and driving my car for a full day and a half. I feel a difference, but my car isn’t as secure as it should. Still veering off to the right a bit. I have gotten an alignment before for this same car, and it felt more secure. The “first come first serve” is not working for this facility. I’m sure it’s burning out its employees. I know for certain upon being here for 4 almost 5 hours is obscene. I purchased a Groupon, read the fine print and did expect to pay a bit extra for the tire size I have. I was told it would be 2 hours, I accepted because I am in dire need of an alignment. As we speak I still sit here, the last person on this property that is a customer. Word of advice, implement appointments on most days, and first come first serve, on some days. I haven’t even spent this much time at the doctor’s office or DMV combined. I’m just a girl, but an alignment, brakes, oil services are cake walk for a mechanic. At this point I shouldn’t even be charged the extra $40 on top of the $40 I paid for the alignment. Safe to say, I will not be coming back here, but appreciate the effort of the receptionist. But this place sucks, I’m so sorry to say. Get organized, and fast! Maybe your revenue will increase

Rodney W Jon is great. Very honest, fair and friendly. Not only have I gone to him for years, I’ve sent my friends. They do a thorough job, just like a factory dealer is supposed to do, but at a much more affordable price. How the previous reviewer can leave a negative review for a business he’s never used speaks more to the quality of the reviewer than the business. I bet he’s already been asked not to come back to the Jeep dealer. If price is his main concern, I know a guy that “fixes” cars under a tree in his front yard but the reviewer probably wouldn’t like the neighborhood.

Bradley Morgan Car started acting up on the way home from work. Took it to a nearby shop and they checked it out same day. Turns out it was the alternator. They gave me a quote that seemed fair and had it fixed by next morning. Didn’t try to push other stuff on me which I appreciated. Place was clean and the guy explained what happened in a way I actually understood. Car’s been running fine since. I’m always nervous going to auto shops but this one made it easy. I’d go back again if anything else breaks down. Good experience overall.

Wilbert Tribbett Im am leaving a 5 star review because of the service I received from Patriot Auto Care. My 2008 Jeep Wrangler had a problem with the shifter. I was stuck on the road. I look on the Internet for a reputable repair shop. It appeared to me based on the reviews and services performed that Patriot Auto Care was the best choice. I spoke to Alex and explained the issue I was having. He said his team would look at my Jeep. I received a call from Alex a couple hours later. Alex explained to me that the shifter bushing had went bad. Alexs team fixed the issue the same day because Alex understood time was of the essence for me. My Jeep is running perfect now thanks to Alex and his team at Patriot Auto Care. I would recommend anyone to take their car to Patriot Auto Care for all their automotive maintenance and repair needs. Richard Bell My car got flooded after all the storms in the area. Called Omar, instantly answered the phone, drove out to me 45 minutes later, instantly diagnosed what happened to my car(starter flooded). Next day, found the parts needed for a very reasonable price, drove out and they got my car back up and running in the blink of an eye. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED A MECHANIC TO COME OUT TO YOU! Terry Turl I am a Canadian senior on a motorcycle trip from Toronto around the southern states. My bike wouldnt start in Fort Lauderdale. Called Car Doctor and they responded immediately telling me to bring in the battery asap for testing and possibly charging. Mike met me at the door, I handed him my battery. Turns out it was flatter than piss on a platter. Mike put it on charge and I picked it up early the next morning. Mike hooked it up to his meter to show me the battery fully charged. When I asked how much I owed him, he shook his head and said, nothing. Wow. He wouldnt take any money. Great guy with a wonderful attitude. I put it in my bike and I am back on the road. Thanks Mike for your service and generosity.

Rick Hilliard Im from out of state and came to Miami to buy a car and I wound up having a lot of problems with the car. The check engine light was on the emissions light was on. The airbag light was on. But I really liked the car that I bought. I was driving the car back home 800 miles away. So I got a motel room for the night. I got extremely lucky that the room was just a few blocks away. I Googled car repairs in the vicinity from where I was staying. Car Doctor came up as one of the results. I called them and a man by the name of Michael answered the call. I told him briefly the problems I was having with the car. He said that it would cost me $45 to diagnose the car. That price in its self was very reasonable. I explained to Michael that I was staying in a motel and I was from out of state and I had to be out of the room with a few hours. About an hour after the dropping the car off he called me and said that the car had so many problems with it that it would cost thousands to fix. Michael was extremely helpful and saved me from a nightmare. I really appreciate his time in his help with this matter. He couldve easily charged me a couple hundred dollars and sent me on my way. I can tell you Michael is a very nice and honest guy. I saw his wife and his little girl at the shop. I would highly recommend Car Doctor for anybody that needs their car repaired. Its nice to know there are some honest mechanic out there still trying to make a living and NOT ripping people off. Car Doctor is a great place. I also really appreciate that if your family run business.

robert chusid A friend recommended dynamic, they are very knowledgeable about vehicles, as a hobby i have noticed that they rebuild engines. Also they are more family orientated. As for work they are honest, you bring your car in they fix it accordingly, not expensive, very reasonable. Chris does body work as well so they can take care of most of your car needs.

Danny Lopez Daniel came to my place of work within an hour of calling on a Sunday. Was thorough and efficient and was able to run a diagnostics on my car, find the problems and go get the parts he needed. He returned quickly and changed my oil and other fluids and made sure my engine was running properly. He did notice an issue with my turbo that he wasn’t able to fix on site BUT he was able to tow my vehicle and give me a ride to the mechanic shop for more extensive maintenance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fast, affordable and reliable service!

Derrick Reed I was visiting Fort Lauderdale and my mini cooper had started making a loud grinding noise at around 8pm. I had to get on the road back to Atlanta by 3am the next day. Luckily, Chris was available. Chris got to me within 30 minutes, got in the car with me to drive it around some, quickly identified the problem and collected the proper materials to get started. Had me completely fixed up before 10:30pm. Chris was prompt, professional, likeable, and knowledgeable. My car rode smoothly back to Atlanta on what is about a 9 hour drive. Without his help, I woul have been completely delayed. His work saved me very valuable time and he’d faster than most brick and mortar auto repair shops. I’d recommend using his services whether you are dealing with an emergency or routine maintenance.
