We’ve had several services done at Master Techs Auto, and unfortunately, each has resulted in serious issues. We purchased brand-new tires from Costco and had an alignment done here right away. Just a few months later, the wear on the tires was so bad it became clear the car was never properly aligned in the first place. The damage was beyond repair, and we were forced to buy four more brand-new tires—costing us thousands—all for something that should have been done right the first time.
Most recently, I went to get an oil change at a different location, and they couldn’t remove the gasket because it had been over-tightened during the last oil change—again, done at Master Techs. The shop said trying to remove it would risk stripping it, and they didn’t want to be responsible for it. I called Master Techs to inform them about this ongoing pattern of poor service. I spoke to Billy, who acknowledged the tech who worked on my car no longer works there and told me to come in so they could “make it right.”
When I arrived, I was still expected to pay for the oil change at a ‘discounted’ rate—even after spending thousands due to their previous mistakes. I was also told I’d receive a “free alignment” next time, which frankly doesn’t make up for the damage already done or the trust lost.
This kind of service shows a clear lack of quality control and accountability. I cannot recommend this place. They may say what they need to in order to get you in the door, but in my experience, they do not stand by their work. Proceed with caution.

Jason Meserow They were up front about pricing and never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs. They repaired my cars AC with a recharge of the refrigerant and waived the diagnostic fee. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience all around. I will definitely be returning for any future issues with my car.
