1 /5 Andrew P: Absolutely the worst auto shop experience I’ve ever had. I chose this place based on reviews instead of doing the job myself—huge mistake. I brought my car in for an overheating issue, and the mechanic confidently said, “It’s 100% the water pump.” After 8 days, I picked it up—only for it to overheat before I even made it home.
I returned immediately. Now he said it was a valve cover/head gasket issue. During this visit, he casually told me he drove over 100 MPH in my car, adding with a smile that he “liked my radar because it shows when cops run LiDAR.” I stayed calm and paid again to fix the new issue.
When I came to pick it up the second time, he said the spark plug seals didn’t fit (even though I bought OEM), so he just sealed them with silicone. I didn’t even make it down the street this time before it overheated. After limping it home, I opened the radiator and found silicone inside it.
Nine days later, they reassembled it. I brought the car back a third time and showed them videos and pieces of the silicone I pulled out. He acted confused but offered a radiator flush—then tried to charge me for it. I asked to escalate the issue, and he just told me, “Take it.”
Now, after all that, my valve cover is still leaking oil, and radiator fluid is still blowing out of the reservoir. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will pursue legal action. I will never return here, and I have an audio recording of the mechanic bragging about speeding in my car—available to any customer considering this shop.
