Thankfully, I was directed to State Road Auto Care. I was having problems with the front brakes locking up. Al quickly assessed the situation and said, "No problem. We can get you fixed up today." That was music to my ears. Al got the brakes repaired, did an oil change, and rotated the tires for us. He texted pictures of the worn parts before replacing them, and he sent a picture after the job was completed. We were back on the road that afternoon. Als rates for parts and service are very fair. He is an honest man, and he treats his customers like family. If I lived in this area, he would be my go-to mechanic for all of my cars. Thank you, Al. I will forever be thankful that our paths crossed today.

5 /5 Hanna: I recently took my car to the Toyota Dealer in Tampa (for a certain recall repair). I was told my car needed brakes and quoted me $925 (typical). Since I work in Temple Terrace and often drive by State Road Auto Care on HWY 301, I decided to check them out, especially since their sign advertised "Free Estimates." Al, the owner, greeted me warmly and asked how he could help. After performing a diagnostic, Al showed me that the brake pads were indeed worn thin, but the rotors didn’t need replacing. He quoted me just $300 for all four brakes, including parts. Naturally, I agreed to have the work done there. What a difference in price! I’m so glad I visited State Road Auto Care. The team is honest, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

Ive taken my car in twice over the last two weeks with the promise that they would do the inspection, but they always respond without even showing their face: "Im very busy, bring it next week." Seriously, the worst experience Ive had in all of Tampa.

Luz Marquez-Mocarsky: I had a great experience at Autopros Repair Shop in Tampa/Tempke Terrace area. The Owner Malvin as well as the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All very honest and made me feel safe and like family. I had just towed my car to a different shop in the area that told me my car needed a new transmission without even looking at it and wanted me to pay an outrageous amount even though I explained the car had been perfectly fine and that the problem was that I could not move the shift handle at all. I luckily was able to tow it to Autopros and they with all honesty explained it was just the shift cable that was broken and fixed it! They furthermore told me the car was fine and no need to change transmission or anything else at the moment. I cant thank Melvin enough and everyone there. May God continue to bless this shop to allow locals have a good place to fix their cars. Thank you all.

Dakota not only fixes problems but also shares knowledge and expertise on the process of bolt extraction. Customer service is top-notch! Friendliest automotive business I ever dealt with.
