    G92 fla: Simple repair that should have take. 2-3 weeks took more than a month. They rushed the job because my rental coverage was expiring and returned it to me on the 30th day. Cometicly it’s 90% there but mask lines and overspray need to be corrected and they failed to hook up electric lines they disconnected.

    Michelle Miracle: I cannot say enough nice things about RestorFX Vero Beach. I initially had them come and detail my truck. I bought it used and the interior was pretty dirty. Blake and his wife came to my home immediately. I was so impressed that I didn’t have to wait to have the truck detailed. They did an AMAZING job! The truck looked brand new. The truck had some scratches and I asked if they could buff them out. Blake said he can perform this restoration “RestorFX” to the paint. I had them do it and apply ClearFX when complete. I could not believe how good my truck looked. I grew up watching my dad paint cars in the 70s and 80s. I would have thought the truck had been stripped and repainted it looks so good, and I have an eye for an excellent paint job. The clear coat makes clean up so easy water just beads off the truck. I couldn’t be more pleased. I recommend this company for anyone looking to either improve the appearance of their vehicle or keep their vehicle looking great! Thank you both so much!

    diana mendoza: My visit to Classic Collision was definitely 5 star worthy. I genuinely want to give them ALL the props for how easy they made this entire process for me! Not only was communication TOP of the line but how reasonable and understanding everyone here is, is refreshing! Hard to find a business in this profession that’s genuine and i will always highly recommend them! Turn around time was also amazing! Made them aware this was my daily car and they made it happen! Work doesn’t look rushed AT ALL, definitely took their time and it looks like nothing ever happened ;) Thank you again to the GM and all other staff ❤️

So when I came back I discovered they worked on the vechile without letting me know so I was stuck with a bill that I could barely pay. I called them to try and figure it out and his response was “ Well the works already done so you have to pay for it” . Not professional whatsoever

    Emma Starfish: Brought our vehicle here for a new motor. Had no choice. Well, it broke 4 hours into getting it back. Poor job overall, obviously. We were excited there was a 3 year warranty. We brought it back for that when we had a chance. Over a month into waiting, I had the owner yelling at me when we arrived to ask about our car because there was a lack of communication from their end. I asked for any paperwork that he initiated the process to fix our car. He said, "He was going to do it when he wanted." he wasnt communicating with us on when the car will be done. Its been almost 2 months now, and they havent given us any updates, and Ive been looking for a lawyer. The owner was yelling, throwing his hands around like a madman because we showed great need for our vehicle, we never rose our voice once but this man was clapping his hands at me in an aggressive manner. We havent heard a single thing from them since then. 6.5k down the drain due to poor customer service and a terrible owner. If they actually show they care about customers, i might give them a sympathetic 3 stars, but right now its only going to be a 1 star. I wish i could give it none. There was no reason for you to take your anger out on me. If youre that frustrated at people who already paid the full price of your service, then go home and let the good workers take over till you calm down.

    Patti IsLost: I took my Cadillac truck here to have my back brake pads changed yesterday. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The only problem I had is that instead of talking to me and showing me what THEY thought needed replacing. They just replaced them. Didnt ask me if I wanted or could afford the new parts. Besides new brake pads I also got new rotors (Dont know if the old ones could of just been turned) and a new parking brake (I would of said NO to). I ended up having to pay $670.00 for all this. And all I wanted and knew I needed were back brakes. What would of happened if after all this work they did on my truck (that I didnt know about or asked for) and I didnt have the money to pay for it? Would I of had to leave my truck behind till I could pay it all? Would Ive been stuck with no vehicle to get to work on, because they gave me no options of what repairs THEY thought I needed? If you do use them make sure you tell them to check with you first before they presume you want something else replaced! You could get financially set back, like I did.

Very unpleasant experience My car was 20 miles away from his shop at his house/junk yard. He could not operate the credit card machine and sent me chasing cash without my car. No cash app or any technology here either.
