Peter Affan Charged me double for parts and ordered Either used parts or cheap generic parts. Had my vehicle for 3 months and never fixed what it came in for. Begged me to keep my car there and promised they was going to fix issues. They drove my vehicle around town and put miles on it and switched it to km so I wouldn’t notice. Owner doesn’t know nothing about cars. Scam artist. Stay away.going to file a bbb claim.

Stephanie Rea Michael is one of the most honest mechanics out there. That speaks volumes in this industry. I actually havent had work done there, but Michael himself has saved me thousands of dollars with his advice alone, which I have been following since October. My son is about to purchase a BMW and we will DEFINITELY be bringing it here if it needs work done. Its a family owned operation and that comes through in their customer service. Michael is also the nicest man ever!!!!!! Absolutely the place to go.

weeblewobbles We own a 2013 Mini S Convertible and Michaels British American Auto Repair has taken excellent care of the car. Michael is well aware of all the issues that the Mini (BMW) is prone to and nothing surprises him. They are diligent and exacting in performing regular maintenance items and repairs. The prices are a little high for an independent shop but not as expensive as a dealer. However, it is a great value for great customer service and high quality work. We are repeat customers and the 12 year old car is in great shape thanks to Michael. Well done!

They were able to get me back on the road before my vacation ended, so I could head home without a worry. I was 11 hours into a 12-hour drive when the turbo on my 6.7 Power Stroke seized late on a Saturday afternoon. After stopping at an automotive parts store, Special Forces Automotive came highly recommended. Based on that and a quick online review, I decided to leave my truck in their parking lot and Uber to catch my cruise the next day. I submitted a detailed description of the issue through their website’s information page, and they quickly got in touch with me Monday morning to start the process. By midday, they had a quote ready, and once I approved it, they moved fast. By Wednesday morning, the work was completed, and the truck was ready for me to pick up on Sunday when I returned from my vacation. I can’t express enough how much gratitude I have for TJ and his team for making my vacation completely stress-free. The quality of their work is fantastic — every part they removed to replace the turbo was cleaned and reinstalled with care, leaving my engine bay looking better than it ever has. Andrew Lane These guys are absolutely fantastic! Stopped by and was seen within minutes. I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced, not only did they take care of it in a timely manner but at an affordable cost as well! Will definitely be returning for any repairs or service I need in the future!

Connor Krycki I brought my Audi here on a tow truck. Without any hesitation they were eager to help me diagnose the problem. They were able to take the car immediately and within an hour and a half, they completely diagnosed the car and solved my problem. Great service. Super nice. The next time my car has a problem, they will be the first people I call.
