Im a retired Air Force officer with more than 20 years of active-duty service. We own two BMWs and two Mini Coopers. During my tenure in the military, our cars have visited multiple BMW/Mini service departments across 6 States as we relocated and moved every 3 years to new assignments. We have literally wasted thousands of dollars at these service departments especially for minor repeat maintenance issues. For example, my wife’s 2003 Mini Cooper (pictured below) that we purchased brand new in Germany, eventually developed an oil leak. Several dealership service departments tried to fix the problem with oil pan and/or valve cover gaskets over and over again with no luck. Then, we took her car to Michael and they fixed the oil leak flawlessly on the very first visit—I was very impressed. That’s when I knew these guys were legit!
Weve personally known Michael Sr, Michael Jr, Anthony and Thomas for more than 5 years now and we absolutely trust them with our cars. A dealership service experience does NOT include a detailed synopsis and analysis of your vehicle directly from the mechanics. At the BMW dealer, I was NEVER able to get feedback or talk with the mechanics…only the Service Advisor. While our cars are in the care of Michael, Anthony, and Thomas, they are happy to talk to us in person or provide us with detailed reports, text messages, and phone calls with specifics on exactly what my car needs. Additionally, Michael provided me with safety-related maintenance recommendations on things they discovered that must be fixed now, and other issues that can wait. This entire team takes their business and skillset personal to provide you with the very BEST service experience!
My wife Karin and I are treated like an extension of their family—honestly, that’s how they make us feel on every visit. Obviously, we no longer take our cars to the dealership, why should we? Michael gives us soooo much more and we save so much more money by getting our car issues fixed right, the first time by good people!
